Can’t get ahold of anyone. Online chat wants to charge me $47 just to talk to someone! Haven’t received an order confirmation but they took my $160+!! Beyond frustrated.

I am giving a 4 because they actually got the item to its destination on time but the item received wasn’t the exact item that I ordered. But my grandson loved the shoes and my son was jealous.

Almost got scammed, don’t be decieved
Almost got scammed. Sometimes I’ll give websites I’ve never heard a shot of they seem kinda ok based on reviews and websites like TrustPilot. Glad I paid on PayPal. I paid and got the name Dihn Tien Luc on the PayPal paid invoice, aparently the same name as the guy on the review before me who got scammed, and received no confirmation for a few days. I don’t mess around with a lack confirmation email or confirmation at all due to the likelihood that I’ve been scammed. Emailed the person via PayPal after 3 days or so threatening that I would take action with PayPal if I didn’t get a confirmation in the next day. About a half a day later when the email was received, I got a full refund of the amount I had paid. Got lucky there, but you know, not helping your imagine there. Moral of the story, use PayPal I guess.
