I went a few times in the shopping…
I went a few times in the shopping center Fendwick, in Kingston, unfortunatenly my experience is negative, doesn't match at all the standars and quality of Cole Haan, the staff absolutely no care the customers, even you buy a shoes. Really bad experience, all of then hidden all the time in the back office and check their mobiles.

7 pairs and counting!
I am now onto my 7th pair of Cole Haan shoes. All styles have been high quality and comfortable, whether heels, trainers or sandals, I know I'll be in safe hands (or feet I guess!).
My most recent purchase were the Rexanna black sandals which I will be living in for the rest of the summer. They are incredibly comfortable and beautifully stylish; I particularly like the thick straps as they keep my feet secure without having to be tight.
The customer service team are friendly and efficient, with Bobby kindly helping with returns in previous orders. He is clearly knowledgeable and has been wonderful for recommending sizes with specific styles as I am often between two.
I check the website regularly for new styles to add to my outfits, especially with next day delivery as standard. My first pair of one and a half years are still going strong! I would recommend Cole Haan as a reliable brand for any occasion.

Cole Haan have been my go to shoe supplier here in the UK for around 15 years. They never let me down with style, quality and great service.

I have own 3 pairs of Cole Haan shoes and 1 pair of Cole Haan boots. They look amazing and are so comfortable to wear. The technology used in manufacturing the soles makes them really great to walk in.
