I do not recommend working with Zack Lumiere. He delivered a car to me, which I left at a very cheap price, and when my driver went to pick it up, his client did not want to dispatch the car. This broker disrespected me, called me a liar, and threatened me. He should take classes on how to treat people

r! I had my friend on the phone listening to the call on 3-way so she could hear how I was being treated! I don’t know if Stephan knows Friday to Monday is 72 hours so they’re STILL AT FAULT! I didn’t even know who the carrier was until Friday I thought the carrier was Alex and that Mark is the broker and that they do business together because this is what Mark told me. Alex ended up delivering my car Sunday June 15th on Father’s Day which I knew was going to happen because they didn’t want to have to give me that degrading $50 discount! Alex wouldn’t even give me my keys to my car until I gave him the remaining money owed! I got no apologies, no empathy, or explanation from him just a have a good day! This place treats you like crap! The disrespect and lack of communication is something I wouldn’t give to my worst enemy. Stay away from these racist male chauvinist people! They have their contract made up so they’re not at fault for anything they can pick up your car and drop it off whenever they want to and don’t have ti tell you anything! They all cover for each other when in my case the customer was right! They have no remorse and I truly believe all of these good reviews are lies or are from men or people they know that made these reviews up! I know people in this business and was even told they are liable and their truck breaking down is their fault and all customers should’ve been compensated! If you’re a woman and if this is your first time DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! If you do and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT, they are going to ask you if this is your first time DO NOT SAY YES!!!!

This company is scamming transporters. They dispatch a vehicle as an SUV and when the driver arrived it was a box truck which they knew. Now they changed it on central which you is something you can see on the dispatch history.
They knew what they were doing and are now trying to cover their wrong doing. Not taking accountability for their actions, wasting our fuel and time. DON'T RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Beware! This Colibri Auto Transport is a scam company! Alex was the name of the guy I worked with. He quoted me $335 to find a transporter for my mother's Toyota Prius from Colorado to Las Vegas on 4/8/25. They called me and said that they found a carrier and took my CC and said they will charge me $100 on my card and to pay remainder in cash at drop off. They never gave me the carrier's company name or contact number. On 4/8/25, I get a text stating "carrier cancelled and can't transport". Then I called Alex and asked him to remove the Prius from the board, he threatened that he will not remove and that he has 5 business days from 4/8/25 to locate another carrier. He stated that if I hire another company and the car is not available to pick up when he finds another carrier, then I will be billed the entire bill of $335. He stated that the contract with him does not end until 5 business days from 4/8/25. Colibri refused to remove the bid from the board and then continue to keep posting and increasing the price on the board to currently $750 on 4/10/25. I have requested multiple times for Alex to remove the prius from the board and he kept threatening me that if I cancel with him then he will bill me the $335 in full and that he is allowed to keep finding a carrier until 4/15/25 which is 5 business days from 4/8/25. Alex and Colibri Auto Transport is a fraud company and never found a carrier to begin with. I have screen shot and saved all texts and recorded all conversations when speaking to Alex/Colibri Auto Transport to proof to legal authorities of this criminal act from them.

This was my first time dealing with a transport company, needless to say the process was smooth, and convenient. Mark Cole from Colibri was extremely helpful, professional and honest about all details and any questions i had. Definitely will be back if needed. Highly recommend if you need a vehicle transported.

I needed my truck transported in a certain time frame and I was in a pinch I called colibri and Alex Frost not only explained the process, it being my 1st time he made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond my expectations he not on got me a transport,they delivered my truck in 1 day and on time. Alex keep me informed during the whole process. I can't say enough how pleased and happy I was.i would highly recommend both colibri and Alex to anyone . Thanks to all bill b.

My experience with Eddie from Colibri Auto Transport was nothing less than excellent, from beginning to end. He was very kind, prompt, and professional in all of our interactions, and he did everything in his power to ensure that I would get the best service, and the lowest price possible while shipping my vehicle to my new residence, out of state. Given that I had previously had a bad experience with a different company in the past, ( one that was not entirely on the up and up,...) I must say that Eddie went above and beyond every, single one of my expectations in order to ensure that I received respect, dignity, and the best possible outcome to my specific situation. I will be referring all of my family and friends to Colibri Auto Transport in the future, and they will undoubtedly, always have a loyal, returning customer in me. (Thank you so much Eddie!)
