I like that they have all the information available so we, as content creators, can get the job done in a timely manner. I loved having a chat where I can speak directly with the brand and have any concerns answered.

Really useful platform, I just wish there was more opportunities!

My experience on Collabstr has been positive so far. The platform is easy to use. If I could make one observation or suggestion: It would be great to have more options for setting packages for those of use that are content creators (filmmakers and photographers) but not influencers.

The process was simple and the person task with the work was great

As a newbie (1st time) user I was blown away by ho easy this process was. Recommend it to all.

Everything about my collaboration experience with Collabstr has been seamless and easy - from communication with clients to ease of receiving payments.

I've tried other collabs and I never got good results from them. Either the person never did a video or pictures and ghosted me or the pics/videos were very low quality. I'm talking no concern for the lighting. The great part about collabstr is I can stay in contact with the creator and if the end result is not up to par, I know that I don't have to accept it. (So far, I've had all great results and never had to deny an end product.)

Was a very easy process

We trusted Collabstr to manage a paid influencer collaboration on behalf of one of our valued clients—and the experience has been nothing short of a scam-like disaster from start to finish.

Here’s a breakdown of what happened:

Violation of Platform Policy – The influencer we hired through Collabstr (Alii) blatantly violated the platform’s terms by reaching out to our client directly, making false and defamatory claims about our company. This was a serious breach of confidentiality and professionalism, and Collabstr failed to take any real accountability or enforcement action.

Refund Mishandling – After the client chose not to move forward, we immediately requested a refund. We made it crystal clear that the original payment method was no longer valid due to internal finance policies. Despite this, Collabstr still processed the refund to that exact method—against our documented instructions.

Empty Promises, Missing Funds – When the refund inevitably failed, their team assured us the funds would be added to our Collabstr account balance once returned. We waited patiently. A few days later, we log in... and our $2,000+ balance is gone. No notification, no explanation, no funds. Completely vanished.

Total Lack of Transparency – Throughout the entire process, we’ve received canned responses, delays, and no accountability. For a platform that handles payments, partnerships, and professional collaborations, this kind of financial mismanagement and negligence is unacceptable.

Bottom line: this platform has zero regard for client instructions, policy enforcement, or financial integrity. We do not recommend Collabstr to anyone who values transparency, control over their campaigns, or trust in how their money is handled.

Collabstr is honestly such a great platform for UGC creators!

I won’t lie, when I first registered on the platform, I just thought it was one of those platforms where you’ll probably just never get anything from it but to my surprise, I got my first campaign on it and I did really well
