Good quality of the pictures and the customer service via email. But very long waiting times and the customer service is impossible to reach via phone.

I do not recommend Collagefoto due to…
I do not recommend Collagefoto due to their poor customer service and confusing order process. They sent an envelope with a code that was supposed to allow me to order both a group photo and an individual portrait of my child. However, when I accessed collagefoto.se website, only the group photo was available, despite the envelope clearly mentioning both options. They have a strict 12-day order deadline, which made me feel pressured to place an order for the only picture available. Three days later, I received an email informing me that I could now order both the group photo and the portrait. When I contacted them to cancel my initial order, they refused and only offered a return option if I covered the delivery costs. I don’t find this fair, as they failed to provide what was promised in a timely manner.

Quite good experience, a bit pricy
It was good shopping experiene after our preschool photo. I thought it was quite expensive the digital copies though. Payment was succesfull and we received the phots in time.

Was surprised
I don't understand why I could not have a photo of my son by himself for this was the last photo he was taking at the day care. There is nothing wrong with the group photo but at least as a parent I should be able to order a photo of my son.

Very expensive for one printed picture
Very expensive for one printed picture. And why cannot we pick our ordered items when you and we are in the same city. paying 49sek for postal charges is way too much for the same city.

My child is crying in all 3 pictures, no discount!
Paid way over 1000 kr for a picture set where in all 3 taken photos my child was practically crying....
Asked customer service how this is possible and got this: "I’m sorry to hear that you are not happy with the pictures. ...it is part of our business idea to sell them. We are fighting with the problem that our preschools and schools do not want us to take too much time off their day"
They blame the preschools for the bad pictures!?!
I asked nicely for some sort of discount, NONE given at all! All they want is money!
