My first time purchase from these guys and it was a very pleasant experience , they answered my emails fast and they charged a very competitive price for for Legends in 3D Mandalorian bust , they shipped it fast and it was very well packaged for safe delivery. There was even a nice little thank you slip and a bag of sweets to say thank you , it's a nice added touch and I would recommend them and use them again for future geeky needs lol

Yeah I have had excellent service with collectible Kingdom I was very nervous at first because I pre-ordered a product the constantly gave me updates and reassurance all round good good company

As a first time customer, I am always a little wary as been let down before. CK and Warren the owner were very friendly and answered every question I had no matter how ridiculous. Item came mint exactly as described and packaged nicely with a little packet of Haribos that my son has already eaten. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough and have already made my next 2 pre-orders with them.

Ordered a preorder item that came well packaged, communication was good although by email as no phone number. Great price in my opinion too.
My only criticism would be a lack of updates on dates that items will be posted out. Still very pleased with my purchase and experience with Collectable Kingdoms.

My first time using CK and was very pleased with the post-purchase experience. My only criticism is with the website and my buying experience, where I feel a breakdown between the lines that are available would be much better than 2 categories, just split by size. Then I could view just lines I'm interested in, rather than having to either use the search tool or wade through other lines.

EDIT: Thank you for the reply! I had only clicked on 'Action Figures' at the top level as that's where I assumed all I was after would be listed. I should have explored a little more. Rating adjusted appropriately!

It was my first time ordering from Collectable kingdoms and I will definitely be returning, I received nice boxes for the figures I purchased and I really appreciate the care taken on the packaging. Also the bag of haribos is a nice touch. Thank you Collectable kingdoms.
