I couldn’t believe how easy this whole process was! I had been on a med from a local pharmacy and couldn’t afford to continue. I wanted a month to month thing, I did not want to join anything where I had to pay 6-12 months in advance. I found the Collective site and joined the facebook group first to get a feel for things and research a little. I liked what I read so I signed up on a Monday night, approved Wednesday, meds shipped Thursday and I had them Saturday! Very well packed and included supplies. I scanned the QR code which showed the injection process, something I never got from my other provider! I’m 2 weeks in with no issues or side effects and couldn’t be happier! Great service, great product and great price!

Everything has been great. From signing up to getting my shipments to answering questions and so on. The price is unbelievable as well. I will admit when I seen the $199 annual fee I was nervous but breaking that down with the cost of the meds its still cheaper then most places and with great customer service as well. I recommend Collective to EVERYONE!

Issues with receiving adequate Semaglutide for the recommended dosage. Customer service is slow to respond. No telephone number to call. Multiple messages sent via their system. Not yet resolved.

Excellent telehealth service with a holistic approach. If you're new to GLP-1 medications, the resources, guidance, and support they offer are outstanding. I've been with them since September, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

This has been the best experience! Prompt shipping, additional medications at no charge for nausea, and very quick responses from providers when you have questions about your treatment plan.
