I just joined. The shipment was excellent - from Wells, and very well professionally packaged, unlike my prior provider. On tirz. Last provider I was on semaglutide and had terrible side effects. So far I have had zero side effects (only two weeks in). They also provide an anti-nausea prescription with the shipment, which I haven't needed, but which is a nice touch for those who might.

One interaction has me a little nervous, though. They use the 24 hour response model for any inquiries you make to them. I asked my "doctor" about needle size since my injection hurt pushing it in - more resistance than I had with previous provider. I still had some old needles from my old provder - they were 31 gauge, Collective sent 30 gauge (higher number is smaller diameter).

Well, "Dr. Tu" said that was not a medical question, that was a question for customer service, and they were forwarding my message to them. Haven't heard yet, it's been a couple of days. The whole "not medical" IMO makes me nervous, as has is the slow response back from customer service.

Still - a significant improvement over my last provider.

What a Great experience I'm having with Collective. The assessment process was quick. The doctor explained what my protocol would be and answered all my questions in a timely manner. My 1st month of medication arrived within 4 days of my assessment. The pricing is phenomenal and potency of medication is on point. They use Wells Pharmacy in Ocala Florida and my package arrived cold and nicely packed. They even included anti-nausea medication complimentary with my order. Hands down the best decision I could have made after dealing with Embody which was a nightmare and Mochi became too expensive. I have been on GLP-1 meds for about 1.5 years now. I started out on Wegovy when my insurance covered it, and then paid out of pocket for a while. I changed over to compounded Tirzepatide this summer. My Tirzepatide from Collective feels more effective than the Wegovy I used to take. Good appetite suppression. I switched to Collective in search of better customer service, medication quality and price and found all three. They continued me at my current Tirzepatide dose. It's same price per month for all doses. I have been with Collective for about 2 months now. The ordering process through the company portal was easy. I signed up and ordered on a weekend and had my meds by following Wednesday afternoon. In the Collective portal, I can message my ordering physician and customer service team directly. They answered all my questions. The portal itself is intuitive and has lots of features that show how to administer my medication, understand the processes, get more health and nutrition help, modify refill date requests, manage my subscription and more. I work in healthcare and did my own research on their pharmacy network, as well. Wells Pharmacy is a reputable, long standing compounding pharmacy. They also compound a wide range of other medicine and products outside of GLP-1 meds. As a partner with Collective, they only ship out early in the week to avoid any weekend delays. The packaging designed by Collective is amazing. My meds have come each time cold with ice packs, It is in a cool, eco friendly package with a message inside that says "Medicine for the people" That speaks a lot about their mission to provide affordable GLP-1 meds and support to everyone.

I switched over last month from Embody’s to collective and let me tell you hands down the BEST decision I have ever made!! The packaging was awesome and everything arrived cool as well as they included anti nausea meds along with my medication. I signed up and was approved and had my meds all within three days! I received my second month and absolutely no issues with this shipment either. The portal is very easy to use just wish they would allow us to log our weight loss weekly. I am absolutely so happy with wells pharmacy and the dosage of the meds. Praying they don’t start the random switching up of the additives but for now I am super thrilled. Fingers crossed I get my credit as stated when I joined but either way this is affordable for me and I am so appreciative of that!!!

Unique concept, similar to how Costco makes most of their money off of membership versus what they sell.

They offer monthly plus the cost of membership. $59/$69 semaglutide / tirzepatide. Initial trial, after the trial, $199/year.

The customer service, packaging, and product are great so far. The tirzepatide is from Wells Pharmacy.

The packaging is all recyclable, which is a nice change from the styrofoam you normally get from telemeds, and even with that, the medicine arrived cold.

The downsides are that you don't have control of what pharmacy you choose, and that this is a new company, so it has an unknown track record.

Happy so far even with the unknowns.
