I’m writing this review to warn other consumers.
I was charged for a subscription from this website without clearly agreeing to it. I did not knowingly sign up for a subscription, yet my credit card was charged. When I contacted customer service, they canceled the subscription but refused to refund the charge, saying it was against their policy.
What is concerning is that many other reviews here describe the exact same situation: unexpected subscription charges, cancellation offered, but no refund. This doesn’t feel like an isolated mistake, but rather a recurring issue.
If you are considering this website, be extremely cautious and monitor your credit card statements closely. I have reported this merchant to Shopify and am disputing the charge with my card provider.
