owner of the shop is super rude, never got my cardigan

The owner of the shop is super rude. At first he seemed really nice and wanted to send me a cardigan in the right size to Germany, I already payed it in the shop. After playing along for a month and constantly telling me the parcel was on its way, I wanted to have my money back. The cardigan never arrived and I had a lot of trouble getting my refund. Once I made my point clear and mentioned the authorities , the owner got really rude and started to insult me. 0/10 points
