I can’t give less than 1star .BEWARE this is a scam .I booked a collection and the money was duly taken from my account immediately.I then had confirmation from another company arranging to collect my freezer ,they cancelled the following day .They informed me that collect my electrical psi had cancelled this collection and they had a number of these collections “on hold” from this company .They are not contactable ,emails bounce back and they do not answer the phone .PLEASE do not be fooled as I was ,I really can’t afford to lose £40 and I am attempting to get help via my bank ,who are not hopeful .

TLDR Collect My Electricals took my money and didn-t render the service.
I booked a fridge collection, the price was reasonable but they outsource their removals. Instead of ARG showing up JDS Family showed up and on two separate occasions failed to think ahead and have enough space in their van leaving the fridge stuck in my house for over a week. JDS is now claiming that removing a regular sized fridge for one person is a health and safety hazard and is expecting a call from ARG. So ARG has taken my money, not rendered a service and is now impossible to contact as I have sent two emails and the email on collect my electricals litterally bounces back.
