In the beginning they were great. Still waiting on a prize that was won in June of ‘24. They’ve even advertised the same thing I won in competitions since, absolute Joke to get hold of and have stopped responding to emails and messages on Socials

Company shouldn't advertise products when they can't actually source or get them. That is criminal to take money and then keep stringing the buyer along.
However if our prizes actually turn up the review will be updated.
NOT HAPPY - please send us the prizes that are easy to source. Evolving skies etb and hidden fates etb can be found in most places.
7 months and waiting is not good enough.

Don't even waste your money. I won an instant win prize on the 9th Oct, the company's terms and conditions state that they will contact you within 10 working days regarding the prize.
I waited until the 30th to contact them only to get bounced around between their different email contacts.. email resolutions, email admin etc.
Still no reply from them. I had played several competitions with them in the past and this was my first win. They are taking people's money and have little intention of giving out prizes. Looking at other reviews and there are others who have been waiting way longer than me, so it's very doubtful I will get a resolution.

This is the second time I have been drawn to win a prize with this website.

The first time it took almost 3 months to get my prize and was like getting blood our of a stone

This time it has been several weeks since I have won and 4 emails later and no reply or acknowledgment, let alone any dispatch information of the prize

I was super sceptical and seems like it has all been confirmed.

Do not participate and seek other more legitimate and better maintained sites for your prize draws.

Beware this company. I've entered many competitions, spent 100's on tickets and I'm owed multiple prizes including collector boxes that I won in April 2024 - it's now December. The owner/ admin Robert Gent has failed to communicate properly (their website states 10 days for delivery confirmation) and has strung me along for months. This 'Company' will scam you

The first few prizes I won was the main raffles and I had to send multiple and multiple emails to finally get it sorted, so I then entered a few more and won the instant wins I’m currently waiting on 6 instant win prizes, I won these easily over 5-7 months ago and the emails I send are just getting ignored and no response, happy to take your money but not send the prizes.

Same as all the below, won an 'instant win' prize 17th November and have heard nothing since. Tried contacting them multiple times via all available channels I can find and silence. Will be taking this further as this is theft.

Similar experience to other recent reviews. This site was good in the past for the quality of competitions and delivering prizes rather swiftly or being open to contact if not fast.

Recently the communication has been non existent and they are advertising competitions with the same prizes I've been waiting on for up to 5 months.

I've contacted then via Instagram and email and my last 5-10 attempts to contact have been ignored. My next email will be me telling them I'm going to trading standards and small claims if they continue to not reply.

It's quite simple, if you can't meet the demand, run less competitons or hire more staff. Everyone can see how much mark up you make on the competitions.

Awful experience- yet again

Long story short, always had to chase prizes apart from one or two.

Won last prize on May 1st, after loads of emails and messages being ignored for weeks, posted on fb page, that would get me a very quick response, which again had no follow up until I publicly posted on their page again.

Seems they are advertising prizes they can't source, or they are just not bothered about actually delivering prizes. Either way, a simple update could have saved a lot of the annoyances experienced. Unfortunately updates only came when chased multiple times.

Really disappointing as when I started using this site, the delivery and service was so much better.

The people I have dealt with have been helpful enough just never materialised into anything until today when 7 months later, I received my prize.

Unfortunately won't be using again.

Genuinely really poor service. Will be taking this further and looking at legal options soon as I still have multiple prizes waiting and it has been months. Their communication is pathetic at best.

Do not buy from this site. Go to winwink, gaming giveaways or you could win. I have won from each of them and sent out the following day.

Was really good but as of late no communication yet again I am waiting on multiple wins with no reply to them I used to buy many tickets but lately never get any of my wins and get ignored all the time causing me to spend money at other sites now. I used to recommend this site to everyone but now I don't see the point in it.

2 months no instant win yet, multiple times contacted, had rare messages back saying we will look into it.. then a week goes by and nothing, may rewrite review pending things change but as of yet stay clear

I "won" a prize and got confirmation. I sent numerous emails chasing it up over 4 months and now everything has gone quiet and they don't respond.

This is a scam save your money

I wish I had looked at reviews much sooner. Same as most other people with regards to prizes.

It seems they are happy to take money but not happy to issue prizes out. It takes weeks to receive site credit and even longer to receive prizes.

There is always an answer which doesn’t answer the question raised and I have been told 2 of my email in a trail didn’t deliver to them.

I am going to report them to the FCA if I cannot get this resolved as I have asked multiple times for delivery time and timeframe is I took the much reduced cash alt.

It is such a shame because the site admins are awesome. They are let down by the owner. I enter a lot of competition sites and I have never had to wait 3 days for a win. Let alone 4 weeks.

Also, to be considered a competition site they need to accept free entries and there is a clear route on how to do this.

If you follow the guidelines, photograph the entry at the post office and send it second class you can get a £20 entry for less than £2.50 via 2nd class tracked. It may be returned. But then you can send all this to the FCA.

IF THEY SORT MY ISSUES OUT I MAY TWEAK THIS TO SHOW THEY RECTIFIED IT. BUT IM NOT HOLDING MUCH HOPE.

Won an instant win on the 31st of August which I opted to exchange for monetary value. Prize appeared quite ambiguous as it stated I won a PSA 10 Arceus, not stating from which set it is from. Other instant prizes state which set the PSA card is from. I would assume it would be the one from crown zenith (£150) to align with the value of other prizes around it's numbers. But alas it was a random one from brilliant stars. I opted to take the cash alternative which they offered £35. Now I know they state to wait 10 working days to ship the prize but why is that when they just need to bank transfer cash? I understand if they need to source a prize, but they don't for cash alternative. It is extremely difficult to get a reply on email as they very rarely reply.
If they see this my username is RARE89. I'll be looking to do a chargeback through my bank for goods not received in the next couple of days if my funds do not come in.

Won a prize in march and have received nothing. They have relisted comps for the same prize I won since then to make matters worse. I contacted them as they make no effort to contact you. After a painstaking resolution process in which they offer no compromise or willingness to negotiate I settled for a cash alt. They have now told me this will be paid out via monthly installments over another 15 weeks. I won in march and will not receive final settlement until December. If I had the resources I would be suing but they are fully aware nobody will be willing to take them to court and so continue to advertise comps for prizes they don't have or have any intention buying. I cannot stress enough how poorly they have handled this and how little remorse they show. They have now appointed a new member of staff to deal with resolutions as they clearly have major issues. What they are doing should be illegal. Do not play their comps unless all you want is disappointment. They are advertising sensational prizes to sell tickets without even having the resources to fulfil their obligations.

Couple more wins arrived today as promised, I started using this site in April and have won loads of prizes, I have waited a while for some of the bigger wins but have always had responses to my emails and been kept informed. A couple of big wins they swapped for vintage packs for me which I needed,

After waiting over 2 months for some of the prizes won and a serious lack of communication, emails seem to be ignored and also social media messages ignored. Adding new competitions on the Facebook page every day but zero communication with winners is pretty terrible. Also seem to delete any comments on the Facebook page relating to missing prizes. I understand they might be busy but this is seriously concerning. Severely disappointed. I HATE to be that guy leaving negative reviews and threatening legal action but I feel like I've been left with no choice. After using a few different competition websites I can honestly say this is by far the worst experience. I won't say it's a scam because I have received some of the prizes won but it's a very very poor service.

Still waiting on a prize from a competition drawn in June, numerous messages sent on Facebook, emailed multiple times, everything is ignored. Comments deleted on Facebook when you question the missing prizes. This is FRAUD.

I'll go further than another reviewer here has done. This is a failing business.

The individuals in charge have trapped themselves in a situation whereby they must continue to run competitions that fail to sell out in order to pay for previous prizes. The most recent competitions for prizes worth £1000s raise only a few hundred £s in value. So as time progresses they will find themselves failing to fulfil larger and larger prizes. Eventually they will collapse and go bankrupt.

A modern-day Pokemon Ponzi scheme, if you will.

All the while, they refuse to provide accurate updates for previous winners or honour prizes. The packages are constantly 'lost' in the post or on their way, but never arrive.

I no longer want my prizes, and will be pursuing a FULL REFUND of all money spent on this site, which I guarantee is SIGNIFICANTLY more than the winnings I am owed.

I will be doing this through the small claims court as I have no faith that Collector Comps will be liquid for long enough to honour the prizes that I am owed.

So I bought a few raffles and won a few instant prizes including a main prize, Great.

Got in touch with them the replied pretty quick, they offered me an alternate prize to suit what I was collecting. They told me it would be sent and delivered mid week.

That was 5 weeks ago however I won around 10 week ago last week of may, they’ve dodged all my messages and ignored them. I gave them benefit of the doubt but now it’s taking the p***. I either want what I won or a full refund on anything I bought.

Hope I helped anyone else who was thinking on purchasing some raffles.
