Seems to be a recurring theme looking at other reviews - I won a prize but had no contact in 2 weeks. Just sent my 3rd email. Wish me luck.
Edit: Had contact via email and am assured it’s now being sent via next day delivery. Stay tuned.
Edit 2: Item has arrived (22/07). Tracking number was provided after going back and forth. All good. No issues with the prize. Score changed.

Won 2 instant wins on my first entry.

I won a instant win on the 7th July , was a little slower than expected for contact but received my win 24th July , so would say expect 2 weeks to get your win sent to you , overall happy

So pleased to be able to leave a 5-star review update after receiving my Evolving Skies booster box safely and now my Crimson Invasion booster box too. I’d been waiting a while (3 weeks in total for each box), but once they were aware of my concerns, Collector Comps reached out and kept me updated until both booster boxes arrived safely via Royal Mail signed delivery. Thank you! Still can’t believe I’ve managed to win twice! For anybody still waiting for their cards, hang in there as they do deliver (both boxes are also sealed and in great condition). Thank you.

They took a while to respond, but when they did they were quick with sending my win over and even gave me £10 credit as compensation.

I entered nicely and recieved a winning ticket to one of there instant wins, but its now been 7 days since my win with 0 contact.
I've emailed the admin but have yet to have a response, it's a little disappointing because there are a lot of positive reviews here but that's not been my experience.

EDIT: Recieved an email around 6pm confirming everything was okay

Took just over two weeks for my prizes to arrive other than the slow dispatch very happy even got a extra free booster pack to go with the two I got for spending over £35.

I have entered 5-6 competitions now and have actually won 3 times (2 main prizes and 1 instant win prize). There is a good range of ticket prices which I like, and there is an excellent level of transparency - you can see all the purchased tickets, and the usernames of the people who bought them. The winners are announced immediately upon closure of the competition and my prizes were dispatched and arrived safely within the week.

Great site for quick and easy entry along with good odds. Excellent prizes, especially with some draws being multiple/instant wins.

The admin team are friendly/helpful and I have received good communication so far.

I won on my first time the big prize but still waiting for my item to be sent I've even sent them emails and they haven't replied back to me spent £10 waist of money. They finally got back in touch and sent the item and also gave me £10 store credit

Had some issues but have now been sorted out and items on the way.

I won an instant win on my first try, great selection of prizes and good odds. Would highly recommend if you're looking for unique and fun competitions!

The competitions are easy to enter and the prizes are real. I won one of the free lego prize draws and have received the prize. The admin team are very helpful if you have any issues also.

What a site. Great odds and awesome communication. Really easy and friendly to talk to and gets instant wins posted out super quick! One of the best competition sites out there!

There are some great prizes to be had here! I don't know much about Pokemon cards but the Lego sets look great & worth a punt for a few quid. Easy to buy tickets online and a well-laid out site with transparent T&Cs. I'd spend more than this on a church raffle for a bar of lavender soap or a box of shortbreads!

Collector comps = great prizes and quick communication with any winners.

I've enjoyed playing with Collectors Comps and was lucky enough to be a winner. They had some great prizes up and got a call straight away to advise I won and the prize arrived in a day or two despite the current postal strikes. Would recommend.
