I tried to correct an issue with a fulfillment option on a PSA Vault purchase, but even after contacting support before the item shipped, PSA still sent the card out and I was charged tax as well. Support responses were slow, unclear, and eventually stopped entirely. For a service handling valuable collectibles, the lack of communication and follow-through is really disappointing.
