First class service from start to finish. I couldn’t find the part I needed for my machine on the website and so I gave them a call. I spoke to Mark who asked me to email some pictures. The correct part was delivered in days. I’ve been ordering bits from and bats for my machine from College for years and they are always dispatched at the earliest opportunity. They clearly take great pride in the service they provide. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

You placed this order on the 30th Jan 2024 via our website.
The Rimoldi folder in question was not in stock at the time of order and we would need to order this from our supplier.
This is still on order with our supplier and has not arrived yet. As advised originally this can take a few week to arrive.

Poor instructions were supplied
The equipment I bought was ok but setting it up was very difficult as the instructions were in Chinese or a very very poor translation into English. Just translating it into something readable and slipping it into the box with the machine would have been so easy and made the whole process better. Not sure I will buy from College again if all the (foreign) equipment is like this.

I see that you ordered a Jack Servo Motor. These do include English Instructions, however these have been translated by the Manufacturer.
We are always more than happy to talk customers through installation of any parts via Telephone / Email or Video Call (WhatsApp). We have an engineer on site who can provide assistance if required.
