They sent an awful item and they don’t have a proper refund policy. In March 31st they told me to send the item back to china and 3 months later the later my parcel is missing and I have no refund. It seems like a scam to me

I was returning goods bought and I was hindered at every level by Collins-Kildare. I eventually returned unwanted goods by post. After 3 months they were returned by China with a refused label????
Do not do business with Collins-Kildare under any circumstances or you will gravely regret it like I did.

Buyer Be Aware, bought runners from what I thought was an Irish Company. They are not! Bought in Feb nothing yet. Small refund. Emails sent but having said they had been shipped, they hadn't and heard no more. Read reviews before buying.

Never ever buy from them!!!! 100% fraud! Presenting themselves working from IRL, but are in China! Product I've ordered was so discusting, poor quality and damaged, that I wouldn't take it for free!

Total scum. Don't order from theme. I ordered a pair of clogs and I received some chip slippers. On there site they show good product with great quality item but then you receive something else. They offered discount but those things where useless to me. Finally they ask me to return it in China. Well wasn't worth it as I had to pay for the return which was half of the prize I payed for the so call clogs.

Bought shoes didnt fit.they provided rerurn address in china..had to pay for return myself.registered with post office.never got refund.endless emails to collins.they wouldnt give refund.they operate from a warehouse in china and are based in netherlands.do not purchase from them.total scam

I bought a dress,paid 55€ and I've got very cheap quality material no connection with the advertisement, coming from China.
Sent it back payed delivery post with my money ask a refund more than 1 month and never get the money back from them!!!

Be very careful with this company! They are not in Ireland, they took my money and clothes was never delivered. I emailed them few times and they won't refund money, this is a scam!

The product that I received was nothing like the shoes advertised. They were of very bad quality and cheap materials used. I do not recommend that you use this company. I tried to contact them but no reply so beware. They advertise as Collins Kildare but the product comes direct from China. Hope this helps you not getting ripped off.

Had placed the order and only after realised this company was not based in the country it claimed to be. Tried to cancel order, but according to their policy once 5 mins have elapsed, you cannot cancel order. When order arrived - 2 separate deliveries, I was very disappointed with the sizing and quality of the items. Wanted to return and get refund, but was advised this would involve cost on my part and they offered partial refund and I could keep items!!!! I responded I did not want this option and I continued to receive emails with increased discount and I keep items. In the end, I relented to 70% discount of what I paid and was subsequently refunded. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at Collins-Kildare again.

Terrible product. Took almost 3 weeks to come due to "problems with distrubution" Arrived in bubble bags not even a box. Sent wrong sizes and I was told to send them back to China or pay more to get a free pair and to give other pairs to family and friends. Quality was terrible and felt like plastic. Total scam, please avoid this site, absolute joke!!

My wife ordered a pair of so called orthopedic runners they arrived today no box they were squashed never seen anything like them they were plastic . this Collins advertised as an irish online company this it totally false the plastic runners came from China do not buy from these people it's disgusting. they cost 45 euro. 5 euro would have been to much JUST FOUND OUT THIS IS 100% SCAM COMPANY SAYING THERE IRISH COMPANY BUT ARE ASIAN FOUND OUT FROM THE BANK WHEN WERE TRYING TO GET OUT MONEY BACK THROUGH THE CREDIT CARD

I would advise not not not to buy from this company.
U just cannot return items.

Do not order from this website!! There should be an option for zero stars. Total scam - company pretends to be from Kildare but it’s located in China . When I realised this I tried to cancel order , was told it’s outside 5 mins window and cannot be cancelled. Then it took 3 weeks to arrive . I opened claim with PayPal and got the money back

Absolutely rubbish . Bought shoes from what appears to be an irish company, alarm bells started ringing when they hadn't arrived after 2 weeks so tracked delivery and they were still being processed overseas. Eventually got my package and they are nothing like what was described I'd be ashamed to even give them away . I should charge them for landfill . While it may not be false advertising its very very border line. I'm out of pocket too them but I hope by me doing this it may deter others

Stung by this Chinese Company pretending to be from kildare.
Bought a pair of trainers to help me walk comfortably, they arrived but I could have bought them on temu for a fraction of the price.
They should be investigated because I lost €45 to them and ended up giving these trainers to a charity shop.

This is not an Irish website, - see recent Irish times articles. A lot of the 5 star reviews look AI generated.

Sent wrong size. Suggested I kept them and chose another size . Saiid it would save postage to CHINA! Refused. Have offered 20% then 30% refund when the fault lay entirely with them. Going to get the bank to reclaim full amount. Don’t use this company . Total con. Kate and Liam are Chinese! Common names over thee. Not pretending to be an Irish firm that the name Collins Kildare suggests!

Very efficient and professional service. I needed to replace original dress as it was too small and there was no problem. I just needed to pay postage and keep the original dress too.
Its a beautiful dress and I can't wait to wear it at an upcoming black tie wedding.
