Great service from Ben, he was very helpful and professional. We had major issues with a broken windscreen on a new van and he came to do the calibration and managed to get it all sorted really quickly. Would highly recommend.

Swiftly dealt with no hassle

Handled everything, from the initial incident where our car was damaged to the return of our vehicle fully repaired, everything couldn’t have been easier. Polite friendly staff from start to finish.

I recently had to use the company recommended by a local garage and the service from beginning to end was fantastic. I was given a curtesy car the day after I started my claim. There was constant communication from Stuart with regular updates and any questions I had was promptly answered.

I had never heard of anyone offering this kind of service, and was a little concerned what would happen, but it became apparent very quickly that there was no need to be concerned at all, staff were great, very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful, the process was smooth and easy, with a quick response. If this service is offered to you then I would highly recommend it. It was apprehensive initially as I never heard of this company before but I’m glad I went forward with them. This service was recommended to me from a local garage after my car was damaged and this was not my fault. Stuart was amazing, explained things and I was provided with a hire car straight away. It was stress and hassle free and they dealt with everything. Excellent service!

Never had a crash before and even though it wasn't my fault the whole ordeal was quite overwhelming. In came Stuart from collision solutions and he helped me from start to finish - had a courtesy car outside my house in 2 hours, processed my claim and put me onto a solicitor for my injury claim. Have recommended to everyone I work with if they ever have a crash that wasn't their fault. 5/5.

I used Collision Solutions after i was involved in a non fault accident, they were superb from start to finish, i would highly recommend them

The whole experience for start to finish was simple, to giving some details over the phone about the accident to receiving the rental car the next day. Collision solutions dealt with everything for me. They even picked up the rental car from the garage when I picked my car up.

My grandson was promised at the time that you would look into this and was told to ring the owner of the company only to be told he was on holiday and would call him back. He was left with no money and no vehicle and had to insure a friend's vehicle on a daily basis plus you charged him for a windscreen on the hire van which should have been covered by the insurance. He was left severely out of pocket for a no fault accident is that to the insurance bodies standards. You have just ignored him. Should I advise him to contact the Association of British Insurers so they can investigate?

Huge thanks to collision solutions. They handled everything and kept us informed at all times. We were given our own claim handler which was great. Hire car was readily available to us once the claim had been started. We didn’t have to contact the 3rd party insurer at all, collision solutions done everything. Highly recommended and should the worst happen I will definitely 100% use this company again. Smooth transition from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble.

Mot and replacement side marker lamp bulbs. Bulbs and bulb holders not fitted correctly and are now sitting in the engine bay and not where they should be in the headlights. Also original bulb is inside the headlight rattling around. If I could remove the 1 star rating I would, but this is not possible.

We decided to use them after being recommended by a business associate and i'm glad we did. We were supplied with a curtesy car ( an equivelent vehicle to our SUV, not some cheap tiny thing) within 24 hours which we kept for the duration or the process. We recieved periodic updates on the progress without having to chase them up which was great,what more do you need!

Absolutely fantastic. Stuart sorted everything out we didn’t need to do anything but give details of how bump happened. Would definitely use them again but hope I don’t have to 😃
