Very poor customer service- been…

Very poor customer service- been waiting 3 weeks for a reply as to how to return for refund, numerous emails unanswered and the only phone number is a mobile that does not connect or goes unanswered- very disappointing and frustrating as want my money back but getting nowhere with Colmi as they are totally ignoring me

Where is my ring?

I ordered a colmi ring on March 28th it is now the 19th of April and I still haven’t received it. I sent an email, no one has responded. The Shop app continuously says “waiting for details”. On Shopify it said order is on its way on the 10th of April. I’m not sure if I’m being scammed because this ring is all over tik tok but I ordered it directly from colmi.com or it just takes months to get to each customer. Either way very frustrating

The app is good but.....

The app is good and comprehensive. I'm not sure how accurate it is.
Thus, like, other rings/apps is not thst accuratefor sleep. Either doesn't recognise notc all oeople wotk 9-5 , sleep 2300 to 0800 or doesn't recognise that people get up in the middle of tge night, to go to the loo 🤷‍♂️.

Lying and deceitful company

I ordered a smart ring for my husband, was a bit small. On the website it says free exchange, so I contacted the company and they agreed to a exchange. Sent me a label to return the ring, however this label was invalid, didn't even look like a real label, said Latvia post, contacted the company numerous times, kept being told it was a real label go to the post office and try. I wasn't surprised when royal mail didn't except it. By this time I had had enough and opened a dispute with the bank. I then received a message asking me again if I had had any like posting, I said no, it's not a real label, after a little google i managed to work out what they were doing wrong and finally a real/correct label was sent to me and the ring was returned.
They kept asked me to drop the dispute with the bank and they would refund me directly but by this time I didn't feel comfortable with the company.
And im so glad I didn't because they are now trying to dispute the credit back with my bank. I wasn't going to write a review initially as I felt it probably was a genuine mistake sending me the wrong label but now I can see they really aren't a company you can trust, lying and deceitful, so avoid.

We had problem with ring not fitting, so contacted Cs, they were brilliant and went above and beyond to help, there communication was fabulous, we would recommend to anyone, thank you

Don't bother - dreadful customer service

I eventually received the ring which was the wrong size. Colmi sent me a postage label which i used to return the ring. I have proof of postage but am still waiting for my £38 refund 2 weeks later. My advice is to consider other sellers before you risk shopping with this company.

To deliver the correct size to you we had to recall the previous parcel which was already half way there and fulfil the order again with your correct size.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! They replied to my request almost instantly (and this was on Christmas Day!)
Such a lovely and fast working team who happily exchanged my ring for a smaller size :)

Bought as a Christmas present. Company unwilling to provide exchange or refund as outwith 14 day refund policy. £40 waste of money. Do not buy from Colmi

Sleep record not accurate…

Sleep record not accurate at all does not start recording some nights till 4am when I know I have already been asleep for 5 hours!! This is very disappointing.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. After waiting 2 weeks for this item to arrive, it didn’t fit. I measured exactly as instructed but it wasn’t even close. I contacted them for a refund (as I didn’t want to go through the stress of chasing up the exchange and the strong possibility it not fitting again). Colmi are now being awkward about the return, stating, if I delete my review from here they will then action it!!! I think that’s what you call black mail! They state a ‘money back guarantee’, which they actually charge you 15% of the item for! ‘Customer Satisfaction’ which they clearly don’t and a ‘14 day return’ which they are currently refusing to give me because of my review!
I’d strongly recommend shopping else where. This company doesn’t adhere to any of their promises.
