Was going to try their thcp products,but after reading some of the reviews,became very Leary

Colorado Breeders Depot sent an email advertising Sour Diesel Sativa . It still says it on their website. I ordered 2 ounces. When I received it - it said on the package CBD Diesel Indica. I went back to the email and there it says Sour Diesel Sativa dominant. I did not order Indica- I ordered Sativa. I called Colorado Breeders to tell them they made a mistake. The person I spoke to was rude and refused to take it back. I pointed out that they advertise it as Sativa Dominant not Indica. He refused to send me a return label and said they would not accept it back and I was not getting a refund. It is a scam. People should know they are not getting what is advertised and what you pay for. Indica does absolutely nothing for me and it is not what they advertised or what I wanted. I’m disputing it on my credit card for the amount they charged me for their product and shipping and the return shipping. That’s false advertising that is still on their website.

I liked the packaging and the product was exactly as described. Would order again.

A bit disturbing that a company like this can continue to operate. I was interested in La Crema CBG strain. Product page claims 15–20% CBG, but posted COA shows no detectable CBG. I contacted the company twice for clarification and received no response.

No customer support and FALSE advertising. Give your business to someone else.

Looking for my Tracking # that I never received for my order placed on September 3, 2025. Thus company doesn't respond to emails or text messages

I've tried Colorado Breeders for the so-called THCB vape. When I tried it, there's no effect.. At all!! Then I realized it's just delta 8, delta 9, CBD and THCA. I called and when I eventually got someone, I was told I "should have known", etc, and they basically blamed me ..

When EVERY review is "5 star", as depicted on their website, that ALONE is a HUGE red flag!! ....
Even all the 5 star reviews on this page are questionable.. Notice how everyone says the same thing, but they use AI to make each review appear as "independent".
When someone rates a 5, and says:

"This is by far the BEST. Outstanding customer service, perfect product. I joined the club, so every month I'll save 20%, and I'll never shop anywhere else"...

In reality, this company must generate 5 star reviews to offset all the 1 star reviews. So, when you see a list of reviews that are ALL 5's or 1's, you KNOW you're dealing with a scam business, like this "Colorado Breeders" or whatever they call themselves.
Don't let an attractive website fool you. Look beyond.
Hats off to Trust Pilot for showing some real reviews that "Colorado Breeders" omits.

This company uses AfterShip for shipping products. It does not show you the complete tracking all the way through the process, but you will receive it in a timely fashion. I live in New York State so obviously mail takes a while to get across the country. Just be patient. You will get your packages. :)

@Flucido - "They made up some excuse trying to tell me that it was a CBD marijuana, like I wasn’t supposed to smoke it?" It literally says on the companies home page that they are a CBD company and secondly by law they have to tell you that you aren't supposed to smoke it. It literally says on all of their products that if you use any of their products in a non-legitimate way then they are no longer liable. At that point it goes to being the customers fault at that point. Most CBD companies online do the same thing. It is not the companies fault at all. - fyi

5 days had passed since I placed my order and the status still showed “Processing” which is well over the listed processing time frame, and you literally can’t get anyone on the phone. I’ve been calling the number listed on their website over 20 times throughout the listed business hours for the past 3 days and left messages, and even tried to contact them through the “Contact Us” form but yet no one has bothered to call or email me back.

So the day I disputed the charge with my bank and wrote a bad review on their Facebook page I all of a sudden received an email from them with a USPS tracking number stating my order was just shipped which is total bs, the tracking on the USPS website shows ”Pre-Shipment Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item” and it’s been showing that for 2 days now so clearly it hasn’t been shipped and they totally lied about it!

Don”t do business with this shady company and I’ve reported them to the BBB!

I placed 2 large orders never received anything and I asked him where is the product and I texted and emailed him he blocked me cause I kept calling and a friend of mines said all the flower pictures fake. Don’t buy any marijuana from these people. They are crooked. I bought an ounce of Jack Herer marijuana from them and it was the windiest weakest crap I’ve ever smoked in my life! When I called them to complain, they made up some excuse trying to tell me that it was a CBD marijuana, like I wasn’t supposed to smoke it? Made My first order Friday 1/10. Hoping it will be here this week 1/13-1/17, however no change as of 1/14, but weather has been wary. Excited to try and will be back with a full review when it’s here!

A very simple $9.00 order to explore a new strain before investing further. The order was placed on 01/01/2025. As of this date that order has been cancelled. As of this date, and before my cancellation, the order was still in the "process" phase. Cancelation was due to poor customer service (no responses to a number of calls, emails and chats), the expected up to 72 hours to ship your product after the order is received, not including holidays and or weekends (something not mentioned at the time on their website), and what could be seen as a threatening phone encounter with the owner trying to get this resolved. I'm 70, and a loyal customer to a fault with those that deal with me in a professional manner, communicate with me, and make all information pertinent to our transaction abundantly clear from the start, but to those that don't? Like this gentleman and his company? I'm too old to put up with your type of "customer service", and won't.

I ordered 4 bottles of 5000mg full spectrum CBD oil tincture. Slow to ship, and they sent 4 bottles of THC free. They agreed to replace the order after arguing. Today I received my replacement order. USPS small box covered in oil. All 4 bottles had leaked. Owner Leo refused to do anything. Bottles are soaked in oil, and caps leaked. (Looks like defective caps) I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

i ordered a vape from them due to cheap prices. they sent two in which were defective and had melted. they sent another two in after i called and those were damaged too, i can only assume due to the heat. mind you, i was told by one of the employees that i couldn't get a refund originally after the first delivery so i had them send out another. after the second two were delivered damaged, i told them to give me a refund or send out a non
vape product. the owner agrees via email to send out gummies which normally shipping takes a day or two. 10 days later (today) i call for the millionth time on restricted after them purposefully ignoring my calls and the guy gets an attitude and tells me he will just give me a refund because he "can't send out four vapes and have them not work" even though he AGREED via email 10 days ago and repeatedly told me they would ship it out and never did, hence why i had to continue calling. i pressed him on that and he said okay we'll do it. he also kept claiming my order was already delivered when it was obviously the defective vapes that we discussed several times??? dude is slow. never again will i order from them and beg leo to do his job.

I ordered regular seeds (Cherry Wine) and the first batch that they sent did not germinate at all - 0 out of 50. They sent me another batch and this time I got 5 out of 50 to germinate. Certainly better than zero but not really acceptable either. They asked me to let them know how it went and I did but they never responded to my email. I would not recommend seeds from here.

No communication.Placed an OVERNIGHT order Friday, no label, no anything other than a canned "we got your order" message, today (Monday) I send an email threatening to charge back the order (plus the $40 EXTRA for OVERNIGHT delivery), & they call asking if I want it shipped... WHAT DO YOU THINK?
