I have purchased a few items from Colour Confidence over the years and have no hesitation in recommending them. Excellent quality products, knowledgeable advice and proper after sales customer care. On the one occasion where I ordered a large item that didn't quite meet my requirements they made the return process incredibly easy, arranging for a courier to collect the item at no additional cost to myself. Will definitely order from them again.

Placed an order for 2 items, both showing as available on the website. Order confirmation received and then several days later got a call to say 1 item was out of stock and would I be okay to wait and have the 2 items shipped together when the complete order could be fulfilled. I agreed to this. Several days later I then received an email informing me that 1 "out of stock" item was now no longer offered by Color Confidence and would I like a refund. I took a refund rather than get an incomplete order. Overall not a great experience.

After a disappointing purchase of an NEC Multisync 24" monitor with another company, I decided, after returning the screen with blemishes of some sort on it, to try an alternative company, as no replacement was in stock for a swap-over.
I am very glad I came across Color Confidence as a replacement supplier - their sales representative was extremely polite, and made me feel very much at home shopping with them.
I perused the BenQ range as an alternative to my existing, rather old NEC 20" machine, and chose the BenQ SW240 Pro 24" to take it's place. It was also quite a lot cheaper than an equivalent NEC 24," but still an excellent machine.
The monitor arrived promptly the next day and was factory sealed with no un-taped easy-to-open tabs, so that was immediately reassuring, and the monitor was in pristine condition when I set it up.
So far it has been very good indeed to work with, and the interface easy to navigate - well done BenQ.
To sum up, this was a very good buy, and a very pleasant shopping experience with Color Confidence, so I would certainly recommend them, and will return again in the future.

Can’t fault colour confidence, Monitor arrived promptly and £60 cheaper than Amazon at the time. Amazon price dropped to the same later in the week.

Technical advice prior to purchase was excellent, sales service was excellent, after sales service not required to date... everything works as it should. Second time I've used this company and I will use them again.

I wasnt sure when I ordered my light how good this company was as I had not heard of them before. As it turns out they are very good indeed. I got my Rotolight within in two days of ordering. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.
