Still waiting for the item. I cancelled it before the item was dispatched to the shipping company and they did not reply until it was on the container, telling me that I couldn't cancel it because it had already been shipped.

Do not use this company!!! I ordered some alloy rim protectors weeks 4 ago.
I've emailed them twice asking for updates or goods or refund.

I've still not been replied to. I have now just demanded a full refund however, i'm not too optimistic i'll get it or the goods.

As has been previously stated, chinese scammers who send out sub standard crap and then offer a percentage of your original purchase price when you complain.

This is a Chinese company, avoid ordering anything. You will not receive the item and by some chance you do, it will be substandard. They will offer you a discount to keep the item but if you want to send it back they will make you post it to China which costs more than the item is worth so it’s a lose lose for you and a win win for them. It’s about time PayPal sorted this scam out as it’s happening too often 😡

Colorfox is an absolute disgrace. Ordered a dress which looked wonderful on Facebook. However what arrived was a substandard dress bearing no resemblance to the one advertised. The sizing is also completely inaccurate.
They have refused a return, blaming Covid and offered me 20% discount and keep the dress which is of no use to me. I have owned better quality handkerchiefs. I have exchanged many emails, they have now ceased replying. I feel conned and am cross with myself for believing in this cowboy outfit.

One star is too much for this appalling company. I bought their Color bloc cotton and linen dress. It arrived and is COTTON POLYESTER. They are refusing me a refund of more than 50% blaming COVID. Their size chart is also highly inaccurate as I am a 12 which they say is L. It is far to big. This is not an honest company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Bunch of crooks, items are very poor quality, know where near the sizes they should be. Offered me a 50% refund initially but nothing since, that was 4 weeks ago. Steer well clear of this company

I ordered two items from Colorfox on June 26. The company did nothing with them for 6 days. After I wrote to complain, saying I needed them with expedited delivery by July 1, or for them to send the items to me in the U.S., they finally claim to have dispatched them, asking to "allow a few more days" for them to "reach me" at a location where I will not be after 7 a.m. tomorrow morning. This is an unreliable, unresponsive, neglectful company employing customer disservice in place of customer assistance.

I ordered Hinge Repair plates [ X6 ] cost me £37.00 , total waste of money the items come from China and the holes are NOT usable as they are steel plates and the holes are small and slanted , NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE .....Do not Order from this company total Rip off .

I ordered a dress from this company. If I'd known it was coming from China I wouldn't have bothered. Admittedly they kept me well informed of its journey but it took weeks to arrive. The sizing is quite small and the quality of the material very poor

Luckily the item I ordered was inexpensive & might still turn up but I paid £5.99 postage & it said express. Over a week gone by & tracking link shows Hermes are 'still expecting parcel'. I emailed Colorfox for an update & am now been sent the same auto template asking to send pictures of what the damage is!?. Obviously not based where English is the first language as no direct replies to my simple question, although this isn't shown anywhere on website. Avoid this company.
