I like to say Colomax came through on a slow delivery from the delivery service after about a week had passed. I called and told them that my shipment hadn’t arrive and they told me that he also had received a letter from the shipping company saying that the delivery was going to be late so he said he was going to ship a new order right then before six and it was about 4 o’clock Well within two days I had received my new order.

On 3/19 I ordered replacement HP 950XL…
On 3/19 I ordered replacement HP 950XL & 951XL Compatible Ink Cartridge High-Yield 4-Piece Combo Pack. Delivered 3/22.
Re-installed empty magenta cartridge. Printer immediately registered bad cartridge error. Examination of printer revealed that chip detached from cartridge at instillation. I removed the chip. After calls to customer service (a misnomer) I eventually received magenta cartridge replacement. Your ever-so-cool rep sent wrong replacement.
I called the dude; requested over-night next-day replacement. They said COLORSMAX would not provide this service.
COLORSMAX failed entirely.
The chip failure disabled my excellent HP 8600, causing me to purchase a new printer.
