Colour didn't last 2 weeks (their website says it will last 4-6weeks) really disappointed with this.
I wanted the dye to blend my beard in the chin area only (it was/is white whereas rest of beard was dark), got given a bottle that was big enough to do my whole head of hair; so it felt like I was paying for a quantity of product that was too much for my needs.
Overall very disappointed with this product, I won't be using again

i have cancelled my subscription straight away in may 2024
all of the sudden february 2025 they started to send me products without my consent they charged my account £24
i've tried to contact them and they were willing to pay money back (which cold be a lie) but i had to pay postal to send the product and im not going to because i haven't ask them to send it
i have contacted the bank already and they will investigate and return the money

Color match was perfect. Even my Barber was impressed. Orders are always on time and the process is thoroughly explained. Packaging is perfect size.

These are conmen. If you make a single payment with a debit/credit card, they will use those details to keep taking subsequent payments even though you have not authorised this. They say you have set up an account when you have not. Their system makes it extremely difficult to make any sort of contact. BUYER BEWARE

The worst. A complete waste of time and money. Stick to the high street brands because atleast it works. Cancelled and make sure to cancel with your credit card company too.

The color looks natural and very nicely blended w my natural color.

Absolutely awfully, colour did not even tint my hair or beard slightly, no clear way to cancel even though I only signed up for an £8 trial.
This is a giant con and is definitely flouting the rules
I ended up stopping any payments for this company as its the only way to cancel

I was offered a one off purchase of the colour at a discount price of £8. I filled in the form very carefully and made sure that I didn't enter into to long term contract. To my horror the company stole £24.99 out of my account without prior notice. They're product is nothing out of the ordinary and I'd never buy it again. There are other products in the market that do the same job but at a much cheaper price.

I tried this as a beard dye product as I found Just for Men irrated my lips for some reason. Despire trying the Colorsmith product numerous times, the dye never covered any grey hairs and I couldn't tell any difference before and after the treatment. Not recommended.

Consistency and integrity of service. Timeliness is important when ordering.

I ordered a sample bottle, but to my shock, I was automatically enrolled in a subscription without my consent! I've emailed them three times, and they still haven’t responded or canceled the subscription. This is beyond frustrating! Their customer service is terrible, and the product didn’t even live up to the ridiculous hype they advertise. Avoid this company at all costs!

Appauling behaviour

I purchased one bottle to try it out, which was terrible, and they automatically signed me up to a subscription and 3 times the price, and sent me another bottle 2 weeks later.

No response from their support team.

Extremely different to cancel, you have to put at least 15 characters in an explanation box, I went for profanity.

No coverage, still gray. Back to the old stand by.

Scammers! I made a trial order from them for 12 euros, I was not satisfied with the result, because it did not cover the gray hair. And two weeks later, I noticed that an order for 32 euros was made from my card without my consent. I didn't want to reorder anything but they automatically sign you up for their program and withdraw money from your account without your aproval.

The color almost covers the gray in my friends hair… Lets see after a few hair washings

I really liked the colour matching and was easy to apply, my biggest issue however is i literally used about 1/4 of the bottle and had to throw it away as you cant reuse. i have a short beard/stubble and short sides and so ideally id be able to get a smaller/cheaper dose more regularly as the current cost too much to use all the time
