An absolute nightmare from start to finish. Poor communication, missed deadlines and CONSTANT chasing. I should have known something was wrong when, at 9pm the night before I was supposed to collect my hair, I was still being sent videos of it WET.
I trusted this business with £400 + worth of my own bundles and closure for my birthday. I gave clear reference pictures, explained exactly what I wanted and made it known that I had a hair appointment and photoshoot planned.
The colour was initially completely wrong and had to be redone. But that wasn't even the worst part.
On the MORNING of my appointment, I was told MY CLOSURE HAD BEEN GIVEN TO ANOTHER CLIENT.
How do you mix up something so personal and expensive and give it to somebody else?!
After travelling all the way there and eventually getting everything back, I realised THE BUNDLES RETURNED TO ME WERE NOT MY HAIR too! And even if I entertained the idea that this was somehow my hair (which I absolutely do not) the condition it was coloured in was SHOCKING.
So unreliable and unpressional yet this service provider presents completely different on Instagram, with "influencers", the true service is not accurate.
Do NOT trust this service, unless you want your hair to be swapped with lesser quality or for the colour to come out patchy with straw like strands. Save your money, your hair and your sanity.
