Thank you for sending the cleaning product. It arrived promptly, in a box with lots of peanut shaped packing material.
However, the plastic bottle with a detached application nozzle and pipe, had been secured together with brown packing tape, and it was extremely difficult to remove, leaving sticky brown glue on the bottle and nozzle, making it difficult to hold the bottle. Can I suggest a different method next time?

This is really, really nice flooring that I've had installed twice now; once as a renovation and once due to flooding which required the floor to be replaced. Although, it looks great I'd conclude that it doesn't lay all that well as a floating floor. If it can be glued, that probably looks ace but a floating floor install was my only option. Initially, I put uneven finish - 'peaking' at the joins - down to installer error. After a reprise, post flood, the finish is much, much better, the second installer having taken greater care to get it right and not overhitting the joints (this guy also said, overall, it was one of the most challenging floors he's laid). However, some months after relaying, the floor is starting to 'peak', albeit more subtly, at the joins. So, lovely floor but I would avoid installing in its floating configuration.

Really good choice of top quality cork flooring panels. Shipped pretty quickly. Slightly damaged in shipping and replaced promptly without any quibbles. Greatly appreciate this level of service and as a result would buy from this company with confidence in future.

Great choice of colours for the floor, speedy service

I ordered 10 packs of Corka glue down tiles. They sent 2 packs that were very different in markings from the other 8 packs and were clearly from another batch as they had different stamps on the reverse of the tiles. We could not use them. This company would not replace the tiles or compensate me in any way. The directors would not speak to me or email me.

Brilliant company, had to make a change on my order shortly after purchase. It was easily to get through on phone and emails were promptly responded to. Polite, friendly and fast next day delivery. We bought the rubber flooring for our bathroom. We'd previously bought the rubber flooring for our en-suite and really liked it. However, this time the rubber is incredibly slippery. Our child fell over just walking on. We sent them a sample, which they passed on to the supplier for testing. The supplier said it is fine, but that is nonsense. The second flooring is so different to the first flooring. It is genuinely dangerous.

The company is sending us a product to spray on to make it more anti-slip, but the flooring cost us around £600 and is utterly unfit for purpose as it is.
