Scam - avoid

Well what can I say. Placed my order on Saturday morning and received the item this morning. Have already coloured my hair and it looks amazing. To the seller: I cannot thank you enough! After I purchased the item contacted seller and asked whether they could get it to me for Monday. They have exceeded my expectations. The packaging was exactly as described boxed well, right colour and communication with seller was 5* Will save seller details to use in the future.

This website, Colourwarehouse and associated website Greenwhite Products are owned by Juliet Akiga Ltd are a fraud - do not purchase online from these companies. They will take your money, supply you with nothing and not answer any emails. Telephone number is unobtainable.

Pathetic communication and customer service !! Are they taking orders and not honouring them? AVOID

I never leave reviews, but AVOID this website! Used to be brilliant- fast shipping etc., but I think now they may have shut down? I ordered some hair dye on the 22nd May (£55 in total) and I never received a confirmation email much less the products! Emails sent with no response & could not get through on the phone. Ended up contacting my bank to get my money back.

Orders two days ago spent £34 plus paid £9 something for 1-2days delivery and two days later still not even received a confirmation email red flag, I have called the number it doesn’t even ring, I have emailed colourwarehouse my order number prove of purchase but not hopeful that I am going to hear back so I will now be contacting the bank for a refund very frustrating and unfair on paying customers I won’t be buying again from here unfortunately.

I placed an order on May 24th - over a week later and the order is ‘still processing’ - though my money has been taken! No response to my email and no answer on the phone number on the website, which won’t let me leave a message. AVOID
