I ordered the smoking cessation necklace and accessories. It came with the necklace and a charging cord, but there's no way to plug it in to anything. I sent emails trying to return the purchase but my emails were blocked. Don't buy anything from Colovley. It's a cheap scam

I was about to email Colovely.com to verify the status of my order but I had a hard time reaching it out and it's been a month now for not receiving my order. It only cost me $46.00 but it was a hard earned money. Im considering COLOVELY A SCAM!

Just the same as everyone here, I too ordered the gum therapy and received the teeth whitening essence, I sent an email yesterday after finally getting my order and no reply yet

I purchased a item from them and was told on facebook it would take 5 -6days I am still waiting its now 6-7 weeks and no signe they gave me a tracking number that goes cold and cannot be tracked so its stuck in that place, I have been intouch with colovely and they kept telling me its been delivered but I havent got it its not at my property I have asked my neighbours and they haven't got it

I purchased their supposed cop radar jammer and yes it is a scam. It doesn’t work and they will not receive my email or talk to me about a refund. Don’t order from these crooks.

I purchased from Colovely Shop online, Dentizen Gum Therapy Gel, on the 3 January 2024 and received Teeth Whitening Essence instead. Despite emailing them the images of the wrong product I had received and several emails trying to negotiate either a refund or have them send me the correct product. They blocked my emails. Hence, this warning. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM COLOVELY SHOP. They are calculated THIEVES.

They are a total SCAM! I ordered DentiZen and received Whitening teeth serum, they also charged me twice on my visa card! I sent them multiple times proof for wrong item and for being charged twice and they keep emailing me back saying they have sent me the right product and that they have not charged me twice on my visa card!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

I received wrong item I sent picture proof and they still said it was the correct item . They are scammers just send anything . Stay away for your own good

Ordered DentZen Gum Therapy received Tooth Whitening Essence. Contacted them via email with proof, they said correct item sent. 100% not correct. They are complete thieves, and bait and switch everyone. Do not buy from Colovely company. They will steal your money! No integrity, no honesty! Scammers through and through!
