Phenomenal! I can’t recommend Russ and the team enough. We run a large kennels and are modernising the ageing telephone/internet system due to the location the only really option was starlink (highly recommend) or 0.5mbs broadband and analogue BT lines.

From start to finish the team went through what we needed and made the transition smooth never to far away to answer questions we posed or changes we realised we could make to benefit the setup. Weee now light years ahead of where we were and can only that Russ and the team for making this happen. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else just go straight to these guys and save yourself time and money.

Russ is genuinely committed to helping anyone, especially elderly and vulnerable customers who are overwhelmed with modern technology and living in rural areas not linked to regular broadband.
Russ has been proactive in helping my parents switch 4G provider after their previous provider went into administration and went above and beyond our expectations dealing with connectivity issues setting up their new VOIP phones.

Fantastic service. Instaled a gen 3 starlink to my motorhome. Travelled to Aberdeen for the install and completed it in half a day. Now got super fast internet anywhere i go and it works a dream! Couldn’t be happier.

I called Com-Tel last week regarding a Starlink installation. Seriously knowledgeable, made the whole thing very easy, installation was painless and we got fab speeds of 250MBS within an hour. I also now use them for this incredible phone system for remote homeworkers which really is ground breaking for me. Would recommend as trustworthy, professional and simply first class. I was having trouble getting other sip trunk providers for a small business, but Com-Tel helped me. It was a rapid turnaround and setup. I made a slight config error but my contact, Russ, was more than willing to help, pointed out my mistake and we got everything up and running smoothly.

A very professional install from Shayne for our Starlink mounted onto the gable end of the house. All cables run and clipped and the house left tidy.

Russ gave me lots of time and explained things with courtesy and great patience. Everything is now working perfectly.

Absolutely shocking service.
We were approached via Facebook by Russel to install our Starlink internet dish on the chimney. Wanted money upfront. First installation date the installer turned up late and said he cannot do the job. Since then multiple appointments have been made and nobody turns up or excuses are made. So glad we never paid upfront.

In response to the feedback from com-tel. I actually sent them a photo of the chimney prior to installation, so they were aware of the location and the installer said they forgot. and rebooked for the following weekend. Following week arrived and I had to message them to see what time they would be arriving. To be told the chimney strap had not arrived so cannot install. Shayne the installer then sent me a message to say Russ or Shayne will be in touch Monday. A new date was arranged for the 8th July. Surprise surprise nobody arrived on the day. Shayne messaged on the Monday 10th July saying sorry for the mixup he had it booked for the 15th. He can still do the 15th or the 14th. I sent a message back saying 14th is ok after 14:15 as at work. No reply until the 14th when Shayne states is tomorrow ok, Yes i said after 12pm, but will be windy. No reply until the Saturday 15th. stating wind will be a problem, can you do a day in the week. I state yes Monday Wednesday or Thursday. Guess what, not a single reply since. I have all the messages so can provide anything that is required. What a load of lies his feedback is.

My company has recently moved over to Com-Tel. The move from my current provider to Com-Tel could not have been easier. Russ had us up and running within a few hours, If only the big providers used the same business plan as Com-Tel, they would still have my business. So far so good with Com-Tel, more than happy with the service/package. 10/10 Russ

Brilliant service from Russ, very good price compared to other services and the service was 100% A*. Russ managed to put together a package which was taylor made for me.
Russ had me up and running within a couple of hours even after getting a quote at 5pm!!
Even sent instructions on how to setup the sip trunk on 3CX.

I knew Russ from a hosting background as we used him for this, so when it came to finding an internet and VOIP provider, it was a no brainer to see what could be offered by Com-Tel.

From start to finish, I was overwhelmed with the level of customer service and support that was offered. Every step of the order process Russ was there on call if I had a question, throughout installation, and using the service, again, Russ was there when I needed him. We would often get the occasional visit to check everything was working as it should and if something wasn't, that became a priority to get us back up and running.

I can't recommend Com-Tel enough, their pricing is very competitive, have a variety of solutions to help most businesses and the service and support is unparalleled by any other supplier I have used in the past, and I've seen a fair few in my time.

Com-Tel has been very easy to deal with and Russ has been very responsive. Very happy with the service received over the last 12 months, so had no hesitation in renewing.

As we only have copper cable broadband, COM-TEL have been invaluable in providing 4G base units so that we can work and stream without any issues.

Russ came out and set up the units, always quick to answer emails and I would recommend his services
