I placed a order on 12/15/2025 and when I seen they weren’t going to ship until way after Christmas I requested cancellation also after doing some research and hoping that it seems like legit company… could not find any info on them and also my daughter who is pretty smart said the lock on the website was non existent meaning it doesn’t look like a legit company,.., the website offered a bogus tracking and after messing around with it for a bit the status was for shipping showed it was flying in the air for days and then I went on the page messing around and pressed something and out nowhere when it was first in the air now says delivered…. Can’t recover where original area said it was still on the way…. This is definitely one of those make sure to do your research before purchasing sites smh

I ordered items the day after Thanksgiving with the hopes that it would arrive by Christmas. To date, there has been no communication on shipping or whether the order has been delayed. Order Confirmation

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally complain about the handling of my recent order, order number [CO00009832], placed on[12-15-2025].

At the time of purchase, the order confirmation stated that the item would ship ASAP. I placed this order specifically with the expectation that it would arrive by Christmas. As of today, I have received no shipping information, and despite contacting customer support previously, I have not received any response.

While I understand that the holiday season can cause delays, the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. A basic status update or response to customer inquiries is a reasonable expectation, especially for time-sensitive orders.

Please provide an immediate update on the status of my order, including whether it has shipped and, if not, when it will ship. If the order cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe, I expect to be informed of my options, including cancellation and a full refund.

It's takes over a month to get your…

It's takes over a month to get your items and what they sent me is no where near what i ordered. They have pictures of good quality clothing and send you a$10 item.
