I fully verified my account when i signed up but the company deploys amateurish tactics to stall you from making withdrawals. I have never ever had to sumbit so much documents, all which were approved, just dont waste your time, customer support is useless and withdrawals should never take so long, ince verified they should be instant. Do not EVER deposit money in this site. You will only get troubles. Tried to get 1100 euros out (After depositing maybe 3000) they keep returning money back to balance, It's ridicolous because they had 3!!! verified ways to accept the withdrawal. Trust me in this there are million times better and honest places to play. You will only get very upset.

Steer clear from these scammers at any cost!! I deposited 400€ on my account and as the rookie in betting I was, I naively took on their offer for a 100€ additional bonus without digging deep on its rules. Comeon.com states that the the bonus + DEPOSITED amount must be recycled 30(!) times with COMBO bets. This equals to 15K€ which is just out of reach to pursue within a month. Well, rules are rules and every site may set their own ones.
What makes things interesting is I rarely do combo bets and therefore the recycling for the bonus did not progress and I completely forgot about the bonus. A few days after my original deposit, I deposited another 450€ to my account, and kept on betting single bets. After three weeks of betting, my balance was close to 1800€. I looked into withdrawing the money and to my utter surprise, I could see that ONLY somewhat 700€ were withdrawable. I contacted customer service and they told me that AROUND 1100€ IS TIED TO THE BONUS!! This meant that if I forfeit the bonus, I would lose 50% of the money tied to the account. Basically from the balance of 1800€ I could withdraw just over 1200€. After endless emails back and forth with their customer service (extremely slow answering I might say) they couldn't provide me with a clear chart which would state how the bonus is counted in different occasions. I received just meaningless jargon from their end.
To top things off, they RESTRICTED MY ACCOUNT so that I was able to bet the absolute minimum (1-2€/bet) and didn't even have the possibility of recycling the money. Eventually the time ran out of the bonus and they withheld 550€ from my balance.
I'm in complete disbelief that I have been robbed of 550€ as the bonus had no significance on my account whatsoever and yet they decide nick 30% of my whole balance? Based on what? I could somehow understand if it was 20% (100€:500€) of the profit I made, but 30% of my whole balance. That's a tough pill to swallow. My honest advice is to stay miles away from this betting site.
Plenty of honest sites out there to rather bet with.
