Everflow wish I'd avoided

Ordered bin through company suggesting it to Me on 29july.
Was happy with deal.then delivery date arrived 12 Aug. No bin called numerous times on 13th to no bin or help.sometimes rude service.manager got involved but in my opinion was even more rude..had all these customer service promises and no delivery.bin eventually delivered wrong bin and in front street.asked for lockable and in back.so far I'm told another 4 days for rubbish collection when I have two weeks of rubbish at back of b n b nice view for guests also extremely un hygienic. No help for the most bad service.
Seriously regret going with this company.who have blamed everything and everyone bar themselves.1very dissapointed customer!!!!

Not delivered in 2+ months; 4 weeks to request refund

My order 13728 is not delivered within 2 months (since 02.12.2022). The support ignores emails. If you have a chance to avoid buying from them - do it.

UPD 12.02.2023: The support answered, and they made a refund... €40 refunded out of €61. They are thieves and swindlers.

UPD 31.01.2024: I forgot to change the review. They returned all money in last March.
