When I placed my order for two pair of shoes I thought I ordered in US size. When I received them, they were too large. I ordered 2 pairs and they are great. Very comfortable. I originally ordered the wrong size but my customer service rep, Lorna, was terrific. She contacted me immediately and followed through on everything. I ordered in US sizes but the EU sizes are slightly different. Lorna got my new shoes ordered asap. Very good customer service experience.

The shoes I ordered fit perfectly. I have extra wide feet. The shoes feel very light on my feet. The insert was a bonus (like walking on a cloud)

I had an issue with my shoes being to big and their customer service was excellent. They sent me a different size and I couldn't be more pleased with Nina and my Comfofeet shoes!
