I tried on the shoes and have not worn any other pair of shoes. After three days I ordered two more pairs and have donated 12 pair of shoes I will not wear again. Feet feel so good during the day

First pair of shoes that arrived were a bit large for my feet, so I contacted customer service and the representative, Nina, asked a few questions and requested a couple of pictures and the problem was resolved. Nina made it simple and I am very happy with the Comfofeet expierience.

I had to work with Nina to make an exchange for the proper sized shoes. Nina was very helpful and worked with me to get the correct size.

The shoes that I ordered did not fit so I started the return process with customer service agent Nina which was very helpful and gracious. She even offered complimentary insoles to the replacement order. Great Job Comfofeet keep up the great work!!

I had a great experience with Comfofeet. The shoes look sharp, feel comfortable right out of the box, and the value was outstanding. I took advantage of their BOGO offer and ended up with four pairs for the price of two—hard to beat that.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Nina was excellent throughout the entire process—responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. That kind of support makes a difference.

First pair of shoes from Comfofeet fit perfectly. I bought two more pairs of a different style and the sizing was a little off. After emailing with Nina the return is being taken care of. With the right size the shoes are really comfortable.

Ordered. 2 pairs of shoes. It appears that the sizes run big compared to the US. NIna the customer service representative has been very helpful in getting the correct size sent in a timely fashion.
