They claim to have a Trust Score of 4.8 which is not true. They lead you to believe that items ship from the US which is not true. I received a damaged item and they refused to send a replacement part or a replacement item. They offered me a refund that was less than the item’s value.
Comfortcornerus is a SCAM & FRAUD. I've ordered a pipe with a cylinder which I never recieved. I got a 40% refund and they said keep the cheap pipe. The next month I ordered it again and the same thing happen! Now they wanna give me 50% refund. Why do they keep robbing people. I wanted what I ordered and y'all need to close this company!!!!
I ordered three of their pipes with a magnetic cover. Two of them came to me completely not put together and don’t stay together. One was perfect. The other two were obviously never completed. I emailed them in the best. They would tell me as they give me 30% off of my next order which was a bunch of crap. I said I would like to send them back to them and they said it was gonna cost me around $20 because they came from China. I definitely recommend not ever purchasing from them.
They advertise a tiny "pipe," showing it being used to smoke and showing it with smoke coming out of it. In fact, you cannot light it in any way. It is simply storage for a tiny amount of whatever you're smoking. They also will not give you a full refund. Their advertising is absolutely FALSE.
The Fact that This company already LIED about the amount of reviews and stars they have received on This Site ! RED FLAG ! 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩. I Will NOT be purchasing anything!
