Did not have a good experience with customer service. Overseas buyers—beware! The sizes are often erroneous and comfrt does not offer an exchange policy for customers outside the US. This is not transparently disclosed on their website which advertises “hassle free returns!” Also, buyers are expected to ship products back for returns on their own dime internationally… which turns out to be as expensive as the item itself! Customer support doesn’t help and keeps repeating the same Automated messaging.
The black and pink colours seem okay, but the orange hoodie was patchy and faded. Not worth the price, and definitely not worth the hassle.

The product sizing is very strange; the sleeves are way too long. I didn’t realise they did not offer a full cash refund; only credit. This would not be allowed in the UK. I did not check the returns policy first So buyer beware!!!! I’ll take the hit this time but I will never buy from this company again nor would
I recommend it to anyone. I feel cheated!

I absolutely love Comfrt products! I buy so many hoodies for me and my three girls even though they’re a vast age range they all love matching hoodies! We do a lot of international travel and zip ups are fantastic for travel.I recently bought the strawberry blanket which is fantastic quality super soft, I do wish I had bought bigger as everyone wants it 😊

I had doubts about this brand at first since it was being advertised all over Facebook for months. They were promoting a pair of sweatpants I really wanted, similar to a pair I’d seen from Pink that was no longer available. When I first checked Trustpilot a few months ago, the reviews weren’t great, so I held off.

The ads kept coming up, and eventually they released an even better, lighter shade of the exact sweatpants I’d been wanting. I decided to check Trustpilot again and noticed the reviews had improved a lot, so I finally gave in and ordered.

I’m so glad I did. I absolutely love these sweatpants! The quality is great, they’re warm, trendy, and super comfortable. My order arrived within 2–3 weeks, and I’m really happy with my purchase.

10/10, I’d definitely buy from Comfrt again.

I bought two different sets, one travel hoodie set (matching zip up hoodie and bottoms) and the other set was the flare leg bottoms w/ matching hoodie. So comfortable, such good quality and the colors 😍 and shipping was fairly quick . I’m def ordering more because I want one in every color

Love love love my cloud shorts and tee. Love the minimalist sweatpants. The cloud lounge pants are too long but so great. Just gotta wear them higher on waist lol. Definitely worth every penny

I’ve been wearing the yellow zip-up from Comfrt and honestly it’s super comfy. The material is thick but still breathable, and the color is really nice in person. It feels like good quality without being too heavy.

One thing they’re doing really well is keeping it simple and clean—it looks put together without trying too hard.

My bosses bought me a brown blanket & I’m in LOVE ! It has help me sleep better at night and my dog loves it !! 🩷

The dreamer blanket is absolutely incredible and exceeded my expectations. It’s so soft, weighted and stretchy , it’s like having a cloud for a blanket. I’m obsessed and woah I could take it everywhere I go ! 💖☁️

The sizing is off, and when I initiated the return, I realised that you have to send a heavy hoodie to the US AT YOUR COST! It's so backwards, and the quality is only OKAY.

Also, the return amount would be shop credit only. I really don't want to spend money on the quality anymore. Avoid!

The quality of clothing this top-notch. It's what clothing quality should be for the prices that we pay. The colors are gorgeous, the fabric is delicately soft. The weighted oversized hood is great for when you just need to retreat a bit. The first Comfrt purchase I made was the signature hoodie and sweatpants bundle in obsidion. When I put that hoodie on I slipped my arm into the sleeve and immediately felt like I was wrapped in a hug. I wore the sweat suit outside all winter in 20° weather and would sweat. I highly recommend this company, I highly recommend the clothing. Yes it's a little pricey, however you will get your money's worth and that's what's important. The fabric washes well, I have not had any issues with fading. Other companies will have matching tops and bottoms and they will not wash evenly. My second purchase was comfort hoodie in orchid. Absolutely gorgeous mall with the oversized hood. Again same quality, same thickness, and quick delivery. I look forward to purchasing more products from this company and watching them expand their line. I also suffer with mental health diagnoses and appreciate the message the company stands with. There is strength in numbers and I feel like proudly wearing a Comfrt clothing piece and seeing others also wearing them, reminds me I'm not alone.

I just received my airplane hoodie 2 days ago and absolutely love it! Its super soft on the inside and very comfortable. The hiden eye mask is a huge bonus! I get frequent migraines and this will help me immensely during those, to be able to block out light. I will definitely be ordering the matching sweatpants and more sweaters!

I absolutely love the quality, warm, oversized, and doesn't shrink when you dry them, definitely will be purchasing more!!
