Wish I'd read reviews first. Bra nothing like picture and the sizing is definitely not correct, according to their website.Not responding to e-mails so guess I'll write it off to a bad experience.Don't order from Facebook.

Wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing. Bras absolutely rubbish. Wouldn’t even give them away. Took 8 weeks to get here and I’ve put them straight in the bin.

Definitely not UK standard size so be aware, also the return policy is long winded and not very direct.

Not only have to wait 8 weeks to be sent sub standard product supposed to be from USA actually from China. They have told me I have to incur return costs to China which make take up to 8 weeks to arrive or I can have an £8 goodwill voucher. Truly they are thieves do not waste your time or hard earned money on these scammers. Instead of actually serving their customers they steal from them £30 for a “the best” strapless bra and it’s horrendous. And you can only deal with a chat or that’s says I feel very sorry. You’re a robot you feel nothing. Please give me a refund!

The item finally arrived bra not true to size does not fit, there response give them away to someone. We don’t do returns to expensive, please please please do not spend you hard earned money on these it’s not uk based although the website makes you think it is being a .co.uk save your money and just get them local or you will end up like me and buying twice false economy

I received my bra and its nothing like advertised. The sizing is completely off. The bra comes with straps when you put them on it pulls the material up on the band so it doesnt sit like a normal bra. There is no sturdiness to this bra whatsoever.

Would love to be able to review the Bra I paid for but Iv never received it!! Absolute joke! Two different tracking numbers..a reply sayings its at customs from America,another email saying china..!! avoid at all costs!

Ordered on the 6th of June item hasn’t arrived ! Started a PayPal claim to hopefully get my money back ! No contact from customer services either ! I would avoid !!

Bra has not arrived has supposedly been shipped twice once from USA once from China tracking when landed in UK keeps saying in transit have emailed on numerous occasions to ask for refund just get generic response telling me to
be patient ordered 22nd May it’s now 9th July.. Awful customer support if any existing??

Total scam company! Ordered a bra...totally useless..about 5 sizes too small!! Got in touch with customer services...they can't write in English.

Bra arrived, absolutelybad bad bra, might as well go to Primark, you will get better stitching and better quality bra. The advert looks like the bra is amazing, OMG!!! TERRIBLE - don't get fobbed off with the adverts and big boobed women jumping around, trust me it is not worth it at all, DON'T BUY, WASTE OF MONEY!!!!
Stitching is terrible, I ordered one size bigger and it is so uncomfortable and does not fit.

Wanted to give it no stars!! Awful company, poor sizing, poor quality Bra, looks like it’s been stitched up by a child. Arrived 6 weeks after ordering. Parcel came from China 😡😡

DEFINITELY A SCAM. I ordered 2 strapless bras in my usual size. Neither of them fit. I have been in dispute for over a month and they have refused to refund. Poor quality as well

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Shockingly bad customer service and definitely a scam. I had ordered the wrong size and the goods were damaged. They would not facilitate an exchange, and after many emails with one claiming the customer advisor had begged her supervisor to give me a refund, I opened a dispute with PayPal.
They agreed to refund me if I could send back the item with yet more photo evidence. No return label. No prepaid postage. This would cost me more than the item itself!!!
They offered a partial refund of a quarter of the cost of the item and said I could keep it. So they force you to accept the goods, even when damaged because they know the shipping will be expensive on your end. Basically they get your money and you get nothing.

Ordered the bra 04.06.2024, it is now 30.06.2024. Keep get tracking info, last one says in UK still not received. They have now said factory had issues and they will expedite. They are liars. Told them i want an immediate refund. These are scammers.

They are also based in US not UK as stated.

I orded 2 bras took a long time to arrive and definitely Not true to size. I've asked for a refund on lots of times .no response! No customer service! I very much doubt they will respond to this bad review !!! Why do they have a UK email address!!! I definitely would not have orded from the US!!!!!

i ordered a bra off Facebook adverts and when the bra come the size was not a true size, i asked for a refund but they offered me 1.00.

they would not send me a free postage label to send back. i said they should not be selling nationally if they cannot process a free return label like other companies do. very poor service

Do not use this company, not based in the uk and item took over a month to come, ordered a white strapless bra yes it was cheap but it was very clearly not white and got told colours are not an exact match, was far too small, no where near a uk size, got offered £3 refund, scammers, would not order from these again!

What a useless company. Sent a item that did not match what was being advertised and then told me I would have to send the item back to China with a massive delivery fee. Ease do not use this company scammers!
