If you can't post delivery to certain post code then update your system to stop taking orders. It's been 11 days and you're still holding my money and not refunding. You cancel the order next day and waiting to see if customer is asking for money back? Interesting business model. Order 2500005806. Refund ASAP.

I recently ordered a bed with a mattress from comfy homes;i can say i had a great experience ,the quality of bed and mattress is very good .they-were very friendly and professional all the way through. They kept me up to date with the order and delivery was on time,even i was been updated all the way through my delivery ,and the price was very reasonable too. I’m very happy with my bed ,because i got the bed exectly same that I wanted,Highly recommend this company to everyone.

I recently ordered a bed with a mattress from comfy homes; I opted to have it made to measure to maximise the space in my bedroom. I have to say I can't fault the service received by all the team. Not only did they go through the different styles available to me; but were very friendly and professional all the way through. They kept me up to date with the order and the price was very reasonable too. Highly recommend this company to everyone.

Very quick and efficient helped move the bed upstairs as well.

I ordered a nest of tables and was told the date of delivery and was kept updated with my order.
When it was delivered, the delivery men unpacked it and checked it over for me. They were more than helpful and the tables are absolutely stunning.

I absolutely love this place. I live in Scotland and as you will know its quite dull here but thank God for Comfy Homes. They have brightened not only my home but half of my street up with their wonderful items. Lol

I got addicted way back in 2017 and I purchase something every few months thanks to their generous discounts they keep sending me. They know how to look after their customers. I did have an issue at one point and they were very frank about it but it was fair and I was being a little silly in hindsight but thank God I didn't stop there because their service and items have been magnificent. I never write reviews but after the last delivery and so many years I had to make the effort.

The best item by far is the sideboard I got for only 250 and it was over 400 everywhere else. Bargain for a scotswoman.

our Leon mirrors came today for my girlfriends new salon.

they were the cheapest on the market and i was suprised at how heavy they were. had one before at home and it is no where near as heavy so we got done last time lol

delivery guys were great - opened and checked the mirrors. all round top service.

Amazing guys who delivered our huge clock. Waited a long time for delivery. But so very worth the wait. Clock was fantastic. Guys were so very helpful and polite. . Would highly recommend this company goods are classy and spot on. I will def of ordering again regardless of wait. Best to wait longer to get great delivery. App was fantastic. Fantastic service. Was a buyer at house of sparkles before Comfy and their items always arrived damaged but these guys really do take care. My third purchase and every time bang on. Delivery sometimes is longer but I rather that than damaged items or not at all and the headache after !!

I dont often leave reviews but when a company goes out of its way to help you... its a courtesy to give them a little review. So before buyin I had a look at their reviews. I saw some bad ones. But then i looked into their responses also and it filled me with joy. Customers can sometimes expect the world and i being a customer never get that. I have seen some customers complain they havent gort a phone... well have they said they will have a chat with u on a phone? No... so why expect that... their online. Anyhow... i had a few questions and emailed them. They responded bacm with the details. I also contacted them on facebook and they were very helpful. But this was all pre ordering so i was skeptical. Anyhow... i placed an order because i must admit i loved their stuff. I got an email within a day about how long my order would take. It was a little longet than i hoped but they did tell me they send some goods via a mirrored carrier so they are not as frequent. I then got a email for my delivery. I accepted. They said i would get an email on the day eith tracking... i got that. The best part was their delivery. I was amazed at how easy they made it look !! Heavy bloomin fireplace and they just strolled in. They unpacked it all and allowed me to look at it properly and i can be a pain but they said any issuez, well take it back. They left and i noticed the fire wasnt working as it should. I rang the delivery guys and they had gone but promised if they come back near that way on their way back they would get in touch. 7 hours later and they did get in touch. At 9pm they came back and took my faulty fire. Of course my item was now incomplete but i contscted the query email they have and someone got back telling me they are aware the fire has returned. A week later they sent the fire out to me and now i have my amazing fireplace. I encountered no issues and i even had an issue. I was extremely impressed by the whole process and even more so by the item. It is stunning !!!! Thank you comfy homes. I have my eye on the sideboard next. See u soon.
