Same as everyone else. Ordered and shipped 2 months ago, shipment lost. Tried to reply to order confirmation email and the .com doesn’t exist. Found on Instagram, page is gone. Totally scammed.

Bought 245$ worth of clothes, saw bad reviews and emailed to cancel. Told I would get refund in 5 to 15 days. Nothing and domain no longer exists. Found out this is a common place Chinese scam. Beware!

I bought $300 worth of clothes and never even received the package and their email address changed and I am unable to get a hold of anyone in the company as of yet to fix the situation. A disgrace, but God will make sure the enemy pays back what was stolen from me, guaranteed.

Absolute rubbish. This website business is a scam. I bought a "Woolen Cape" looked nothing like the image and was made of such poor quality polyester, not Woolen/cotton blend It was intended as gift but it was so bad it went in the bin. PayPal claim sided with the buyer for reasons I don't know. Comfylinen has blocked me on Facebook so I am unable to leave a comment. Do not buy from this dodgy business.

My experience is identical to all other reviews: Total scam! The clothing I received was unwearable made from cheap polyester!! FB must do a better job screening before allowing a business to advertise!
This was an expensive lesson! Sigh!!!

This is another Chinese scam not even worth 1 star. It’s plastic dollar store quality and they have been reported. Polyester is super unhealthy for the human body compared to 💯 percent flax linen. Return or dispose of it in a nuclear safe container cause who knows if it has been chipped with some crazy nano tracking technology!!!! Be warned!

Items received do not look like the pictures. Tags say polyester cotton. XL and 2XL sized dresses were more an XS to S. Asked for a refund and was offered $15USD for items i paid nearly $90USD for. Tried to discourage me to send items back by telling me the process will take a long time and i will still not recoup all my monies. Also made me pay for express postage ($48AUD) to - wait for it! TO CHINA. Yes. Not Mexico as they repeatedly claimed in their fb page. Since I've returned the items, I have since been blocked and given an email address to contact which keeps bouncing my messages back. I have since found out that some of their pictures were stolen from legit small business designs. So you are actually getting the knock offs. I have since found nearly 50 "stores" in shopify with different names but very similar possibly stolen pictures and spiel about having to close down their store due to covid.

I recieved my dress today. It is horrid fabric, the arms on the dress are so small they don't match the sizing. I wish I hadn't ordered, now to get a refund.... Not Recommended!

I ordered 2 bracelets, a skirt and a dress. There was a problem with the dress and I was issued a refund (thankfully) and the bracelets were great (exactly what was shown on the website). However, the skirt was a cheap polyester knock off (not even the correct colour, and the material was more like that of a tent). If you are going to buy from here, only get accessories.

The sender address does not seem legitimate and I am awaiting a response to my email. Hopefully I will receive a proper address to return the skirt. If not, I wasted $87, and will be donating it.

I am ashamed of how much money I wasted on this company. I should never have believed that natural fibres could be so inexpensive. After a month, I've received 3 of many items ordered, and all are cheap polyester, no tags, threads hanging, only suitable for Halloween costumes at best. Buyer beware!

I wish I had found this page before I placed an order with Comfylinen. I had all the same problems contacting them, until finally I reached them through Messenger. They gave me a tracking number, which I thought was fake, but about 5 days later I received my order. Only trouble is, the clothing items are cheaply made and not linen, cotton or wool at all, but all polyester. The ankle length cape is only knee length and I am average height. It's too expensive to try and return anything, so I just wasted $167.

The photos of the cloaks/coats are stolen from Linennaive, a sustainable company. You can look up their insta & homepage. Their work is incredible and "Linencomfy" is an awful rip-off.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO YOUR HOMEWORK.

If you purchased from this website, check with your bank or credit card company. If you did not receive your product(s) or if the product was not as advertised you have a right to enter a dispute for the amount that you spent on this site. I was lucky and got my money back after my bank went after them for lying (they told me my order shipped and then told me it was canceled, then told me again that it shipped from Canada but Canada was delaying packages because of the pandemic, which wasn't true, I checked their postal website.)

1. Check Facebook page - Facebook has a Page Transparency block (sometimes under "see more") that will tell you when the page was created and where the admins for the page are located.
2. Check trustpilot.com for reviews.
3. If it looks too good to be true (and the prices are too good to be true), then don't trust it.
4. Read the comments. If people are unhappy they are more likely to complain.
5. If their website email doesn't work, look for the Messenger icon on their Facebook page. If that's removed too, then you know they do not want to be contacted. Don't trust it.
6. If their website IRL changes, then changes again, then changes again, and so on, don't trust it.

Update. Not long after my first review I received a tracking website and number from text. The website tracking works but the number did nothing. Package still isn't here and there has been no further support to get money back or get my package to my home. Absolute sham of a website.

I spent over $100 on dresses for Comfylinen. It took over a month for my order to arrive and when it did the clothes were really cheap knockoffs. The material is thin polyester. They look nothing like the pictures. That was an expensive lesson for me.

Like all the other reviews here, I do not recommand this website, it's clearly a scam, and I encourage you to notify them as a fraud, report them to FB, and try to get a refund with your bank!

I ordered 250.00 worth of jeans and jewlery. it took about 10 weeks to get it and the jeans are very thin, way to long and doesn't fit at the waist. the jewlery is cheep and not worth giving as a christmas presant. i
have been trying to send them back but an unable to get any phone number or e-mail to return them. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO GET RID OF SOME MONEY.
