I've Been Had
What absolute trash. I typically research before a purchase, so this is my own fault. As others have said; took nearly a month to receive after I reached out concerned that I hadn't received a receipt, confirmation or tracking. The "boots", good lord...maybe weighed about 8oz when I picked up the package. I knew at that moment I had made a terrible mistake. Then I opened the package, the smell hit me immediately. It wasn't the warm, comforting scent of quality leather. Some kind of dna altering chemical immersion. The shearling lining, jesus chr!st, poly fill from a cheap pillow. Utter garbage.
The Bradford boots are VERY cheaply…
The Bradford boots are VERY cheaply made with cheap non leather material. The shoes in the photos are NOT THE SHOES I RECEIVED! The navy color is more like a bright blue. The laces are made of the same cheap material as the boot. If I could give negative stars I would. In order to return customers need to send an email. I have sent 5 emails and just receive automated responses that my email was received. Customer service is non existent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY shopping with this company.
I purchased a pair of boots that were complete crap!
I purchased a pair of boots that I can’t even believe any company would put their name on. They were a piece of crap. When I tried going through the return process, I was told they needed to go back to China which would cost me more than what I paid for the shoes. Funny enough, I received them through the company “Premier Trust Store” and was shipped out of Illinois. Save your money don’t give it to these scammers.
Received shoes around the 01/19/2025…
Received shoes around the 01/19/2025 immediately dissappointed. The shoes are Cheaply Made DO NOT PURCHASE THESE COMFY BOOTS.
They DO NOT execept returns unless you pay shipping back to China.
Their lined boots are a joke and stink like chemical. Even though the website clearly states that they will provide a return label, THEY DON"T. I am on my 12th email with them to provide a label and they want ME to pay back shipping to China.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! TOTAL FRAUD AND JUST OUT FOR YOUR MONEY.
Don’t Purchase from Comfy Platform!!!
I purchased a pair of what I thought were real leather boots, lined in Sherpa from this company. What showed up on my doorstep in a white plastic bag was a huge disappointment. They are clearly some type of plastic faux leather with a thin Sherpa like lining. They remind me of cheap house slippers. Nothing that you’d wear outside in winter weather conditions. I’ve requested a return via email, which is how you’re supposed to start a return and I’ve heard nothing back. I’m feeling very scammed!
Boots or Bust? More Like Bust.
If you’re in the market for shoes that look like they were made during a kindergarten arts-and-crafts hour, then boy, do I have the product for you! I purchased the Bradford Winter Snow Boots, and I have to say, I’m impressed… at how bad they are.
Let’s start with the so-called sole. And by “sole,” I mean the flimsy, wafer-thin strip of plastic pretending to protect your foot from the ground. It has all the strength and resilience of a damp cracker and feels like it might crumble under the pressure of a stray pebble. Forget snow—this wouldn’t survive a light drizzle without giving up entirely.
These aren’t shoes; they’re a tragic experiment in what happens when you combine felt, string from a shipping box, and the hopes and dreams of a failed crafter. The insides are lined with something that might be felt, though I’m convinced it’s just a napkin pretending to be fabric. The shoelaces? Paper-plastic string that seems better suited for bundling your Amazon returns than holding a boot together.
I know they were cheap, but I expected shoes—not a DIY kit from a dollar store’s clearance bin. Honestly, they should be ashamed to even call this a product, let alone footwear. Save your money and your dignity. You’d be better off strapping some cardboard to your feet. At least that would look intentional.
Shoes arrived more than a month from…
Shoes arrived more than a month from the date I placed my order & paid for expedited shipping. I’ve requested a refund for the expedited shipping multiple times but have received nothing. The shoes arrived in a envelope pack. They are BARELY shoes. I don’t know that they’d survive me wearing them even once. They REEK of chemicals. Only one shoe lace was included. They do not look like the product image. Do not bother w this company.

If I could give minus stars I would do it!
Extremely fake shoes that do not even weight more than a feather!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
They seam to be a drop shipper Chinese…
They seam to be a drop shipper Chinese shit it’s been over a month company supposedly in New York going by the website. Shit shit shit shipping
Chinese company
The company was listed in New York, and the shipping center was in Pennsylvania under a false address. The boots were slow boated from China, and the quality was lacking. Purchased on Oct. 8 with arrival on Dec. 12. The only way I could return was to ship back to China. Customer service was sporadic.
I ordered a pair of boots-never received
I ordered a pair of boots. They never came in. I emailed the company several times and no response. This is a scam and stole my money. It’s been over 7 weeks now and no response. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Rip off! Comfy Platform Shoes!
I got scammed. Ordered and paid for the Bradford Boot after looking up the company and seeing they were in NY. What a joke. I get the same email to return the boots saying” we will get back you in 1-3 days”. I’ve receive this email 6 times. Guess I can forget about my $48 and change. Frustrating that you can keep doing this.
Shoe quality is horrible
Shoe quality is horrible, they seem to recreate replicas of other shoes. Company is definitely misleading. Ordered shoes Dec 7th, received Dec 31 to find the shoe would not be comfortable at all. The Bradford boot is NOT even worthy enough to be donated. I would not suggest you order ANYTHING from them.
SCAM SCAM SCAM! SHUT THEM DOWN
SCAM SCAM SCAM and they are. Ow be investigated by my bank and credit card company. Also filed my complaint with my county police department as they are cracking down on scammers. I will do everything in my power to make sure this company pays for the crap, sub human pos they are. We are coming for you people.
PayPal must be working with the…
PayPal must be working with the scammers because PayPal keeps extending my refund by eight days now they're telling me after they already told me that they would reward me the $48.99 for these red boots I bought and was provided a fake tracking number.. that I'll have to take it up with my bank PayPal knows what's going on and they're not taking any action against this seller so that leads me to suspect that PayPal is working with the scammer and is actually partaking in the fraud since you can use PayPal on their site. The only reason why I used this site in the first place was because they had a Paypal. Fast forward to Monday January 13th I finally got refunded from PayPal
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. “Shoes” took 5 weeks to arrive from China and are unwearable plastic and foam garbage. I put shoes in quotation marks because these are the cheapest pieces of junk I’ve ever seen— my husband said they looked and felt like a movie prop.
Scam
Biggest scam. Fraudulent company. I wish I could attach a photo of the Bradford Boots I received. Junk, plastic garbage. I wouldn’t even give these away. No customer service, bs email correspondence. No working business phone number. How many more reviews like this before something is done?
I purchased the Bradford Winter Boots…
I purchased the Bradford Winter Boots that were advertised with words such as “high quality”, “leather”, “premium” to describe the insole, skin, wool, and overall product. Upon receiving the product, about 45 days after the purchase, I inspected the boots for quality: soles are a low-density foam-like material; it is not leather; the interior “premium” wool is very thinly lined and does not add any functional insulating purpose (contrary to what was advertise); the insole is flat and hard which is typically not considered premium. There are no tags or labels and the manufacturer left residual scraps from the holes that were punched for the lacing — this revealed the black color on the backside of the false brown “leather” material. Consumers usually prefer to see and feel their products before purchasing (sometimes that isn’t an option), but for those of you who are curious, the outsole, insole, exterior is akin to boots and shoes often sold at Daiso or Five Below.
