FRAUD: Claims to be located in the US but is actually based in CHINA
This company claims on their website to be located in Pennsylvania. They are NOT. They are located in CHINA. On their website they provide timelines for processing and shipping. We ordered thinking this was a US based company and assumed the delivery timelines would be accurate. Following their guidelines we waited 7 days after the item should have arrived to contact them and advise that we never received the items and wanted to pursue a refund. They refused and just kept asking us to wait. 2 weeks later the item did arrive but since we no longer needed it we asked to return it. The return address we were provided is in CHINA and the return costs are almost as much as the items. We have filed complaints with the FTC and the BBB noting purposeful fraud on the companies behalf. Had we known they were located in CHINA we never would have ordered. Wish we could leave ZERO stars.
