I took a chance and bought an Amazon-return "Not checked, as-is, no warranty" Ender 3v2. Everything except a few non-critical bolts and nuts were there. It took about 10 minutes, once assembled, to figure out why it had been returned, and fix it--it booted up and would heat up, but none of the stepper motors would move. That's a sure sign that that the previous owner had flashed the wrong firmware version to it. Fixing it was as simple as downloading the RIGHT version from Creality, putting it on an SD card, and booting the printer up. Now I have a $300 printer for less than half the price.

If you're not feeling that brave--or you're new to 3D printing--their factory refurbished printers are as good as new--sometimes better, in the case of the LD-002H resin printer I bought from them. It was pristine, worked right out of the box, and *didn't* have the over-curing issue that brand new ones were known for--clearly the UV lamp had been replaced as part of the refurbishment.

I recommend them to everyone I know who's interested in 3D printing--you can't beat the price!

Remember that bad news travels 10 times faster than good news, same goes with reviews. No problems getting my Ender 3 v2. It was stated as an Amazon return. Missing one of the two bed clips (used a paper binder clip instead) and the extruder knob (printed on my old 3D printer, but could have done so on the new one without issue). The CR auto bed leveler was shipped separately and was a relatively easy install with the help of YouTube. (Thanks Vlad, for both videos! But I did unplug the Z stop switch as the directions said to which Vlad didn't mention.) Same with the overall setup as I didn't even open the actual directions while setting up the printer. The PayPal transaction was flagged by my credit card company as it was a Chinese title and wanted me to verify I sent the money. That concerned me, but everything worked out and felt obligated to report here to hopefully raise Comgrow's score a bit. Thanks Comgrow, I have been enjoying this Ender 3 v2 much more than my old Monoprice iiip. :)

Worst experience ever do not buy from this place. What you will receive is not as advertised it's a return that doesn't function properly. Save yourself some money an just buy new for what you will spend to repair you could have bought new.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a Ender 3 v2 got two of them was a great deal found a coupon and got even another $75.00 off. It took them 2 weeks to send them. I put one of them together works great was just like new. The other one looked as it was used 10 years before I got it. The build bed rollers are stripped out the hot head rollers are stripped out to. Bed bolts on the base is so stripped out the Allen heads won’t fit. So I contact them and ask to send it back they tell me they will send me new bolts and rollers then they sent me videos how to adjust the rollers. Then they were nice enough and said if I order another set of junk printers they make me an exclusive deal and take 20 dollars off lol. I got more off with coupons online that I found then the amount they offered as customer satisfaction. So I then tell them that fine send me the new parts / bolts and rollers but my only question is how I’m I to get the old ones out to replace them with the new ones being stripped out and now all I get crickets (NO ANSWER). so I paid more for one printer then I would have for a new one one from Amazon and would had Amazon return policy. So I got one that works and one that a paper weight. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED——-NOT TO BUY FROM THEM IT ON YOU IF YOU DO!!!!!!

I bought an Ender 3 S1 from Amazon. Comgrow's after sale support is absolutely terrible. It's an email back and forth with no solution from them. With several, I'm sorry took so long peppered with I have to get another team involved. I received it 8 days ago and have had no time to evaluate it. I feel like this is either incompetence, mismanagement, or delay tactics. Either way, I will return it.

I bought this recently on Comgrows' website and my first impressions of the Cr10S Pro V2 were alright. It wasn't a "pull out of the box and It works" type of situation but was more of a "pull out of the box and work on it for 7 hours", but I should've expected that so be prepared to level the printer and double-check the extruder/hot-end. Also, check your beds once you get them because the bed I got was slightly warped, but I still managed to level everything along with the help of different youtube videos on how to properly set it up. If you read up on this product beforehand, then it should be no problem and would recommend it to any beginner who wants to get into 3D printing.

Bought the 4 x spring and 4 x wheel upgrade but was only sent the 4 wheels. Not impressed. Will have to waste time resolving an unnecessary problem.

Bought a couple of items from Comgrow which have been very competitively priced and arrived very quickly. Their customer service is very responsive and helpful too.

This is a review for a refurbished creality cr10 v2 , great printer ,first printer was the wrong model second printer was incomplete .
very good service from comgrow uk, who sent out all missing parts. not so much from comgrow china who still owe me my return postage, long delays answering emails .
order from a reputable seller with a good returns policy take this as a warning .

Fantastic product and delivery was quick to Scotland. Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is communication is poor. I emailed and messaged a couple questions whilst awaiting delivery and never got a reply but the item arrived and is perfect.

I ordered this with some skepticism, but I'm happy to report that this is legitimate! It shipped fast and had great tracking the whole time. This printer gives amazing prints right out of the box. It's essentially plug and play with some bed leveling. The upgraded tubing and the z axis moving instead of the y back and forth makes stunning prints. The extruder head and bed plate have no problems holding temperatures for long prints. Tolerances on this machine are tight and the motors are precise. Overall this machine is great! I highly recommend for big or small prints with amazing quality out of the box with minor tuning.

I picked up a refurbished ender 3 V2 after the holidays and am very happy with it. The price was great, the product works wonderfully! I had a few issues setting it up, that turned out to be user error and I got quick responses from support via email. -overall, I'll definitely buy from them again once I graduate from this printer.

I order CR-10 V2 what is excellent option for this price.I am generally impressed with the machine. All the parts were there. The quality of the machine is far better than expected. I had no problem assembling the printer. However, I do recommend watching a few videos beforehand. I have made several prints to date, including a couple 3D models of my own design.Thanks Comgrow for the great sales support.Would definitely keep buying all my 3d printer upgrades from them.
