won a judgement against them in court

I'm currently working on getting payment from them on a $450 judgement owed by them. Orders were charged, but never sent. I've also contacted the New York Attorney General's office. I highly suggest veryone else does the same. Please reach out if there's any information I can provide to help

I placed an order on 6/3/2022 and it's 7/9/22.. They have not responded to any of my emails about my pending order that should have been shipped a while ago. I had to go through PayPal to dispute - hopefully I get my money back. This is a terribly run business with terrible customer service. I'll never support this company ever again.

Well I wish I had seen some of these reviews before I placed my order with these people. Seems like I'm not the only one who doesn't get replies back when trying to contact them. They definitely have no idea how to run their business properly. It looks like they have nothing but unsatisfied customers. I've emailed them 3 times (the 3rd time requesting to cancel order) but it would appear as though I will need to contact my credit card company to file a claim.
Absolutely garbage company. Don't ever buy from these crooks.

They are the worst

They are the worst! Not sure if they are dishonest, do not understand English, or are just plain stupid! If you do try to buy from be sure to use a Credit Card and/or PayPal so you can dispute later on. You will either get some wrong items or no items at all! They do not return emails! And the "customer support" phone number is a lie, does not work.

I placed an order with ComicXposure and the order should have been shipped over a week ago. I have made three attempts to contact ComicXposure with no response.
I strongly recommend not placing any orders with this business. If you have, call your credit card company and start a claim.

Pre-ordered a Purgatori variant on 9/30…

Pre-ordered a Purgatori variant on 9/30 that was to ship mid October. I have since seen them in stock by other sellers on Ebay so I have emailed and called multiple times. No response and calls go to a VM. Still nothing. Today I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Will see what happens next.

Worst online retailer I've ever dealt with

Ordered a variant issue and waited until a month after it was released to email. No response. I emailed for weeks, messaged on Facebook, never got any response. It wasn't until I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau that I actually got a response, and not until I had filed a complaint with the BBB that they actually sent the comic ... seven months after its release date. Avoid at all costs, and if you have ordered from there, try the Better Business Bureau threat. Not sure if that's what worked for me, or just coincidence, but it's worth a shot.

Time for ComicXposure to go Out Of Business

It has been months, never received an update about my purchase, so I reached out and never heard back. Decide to search business online and to no surprise a lot of people experience the same thing, definitely a pattern.

My first order was sent out within a…

My first order was sent out within a month, the next five have been unfulfilled for a year until a week or so when one order was sent out. Lucky me I got it today, opened it and it was a comic I had never ordered and worth about eight dollars whereas the comic they faked sending was sixty dollars. So now it looks like it's been "Fulfilled" but only if fraud counts. Stay away and never trust.

The worst comic store ever

This very frustrating I also have unfulfilled separate orders that yet to be delivered. I have one ordered date May 2012 , two orders in June , I have tried several times emails/ phone calls but no answer. what is the deal how can they continue to sell comics and not delivere. I am very angry please everyone please don’t be scammed by them. I plan to take this to social media / and local news

I placed an order online via ComicXposure. When I saw my emailed receipt I noticed right away that my order contained numerous errors and I was overcharged. I immediately tried to contact the company via both of the customer service phone numbers listed on the website. One number had been discontinued and the other number rang through to a voicemail. I left a message on three separate occasions within the week my order was placed. I also contacted the company through their online support message option. After a couple of weeks, I still had not heard back from anyone at ComicXposure, so I tried to communicate with them through social media. Never heard back. I was overcharged for comics that I never even received. It has been almost two months and I still have not been able to get in touch with anyone. Charges still sitting on my credit card. I went to my company to file a dispute and am waiting to hear back. Do NOT buy anything from this company. They are not legit. Look up their BBB reviews. By the time I figured all this out, it was too late. They ripped me off and still have my money, and I've spent hours trying to get it back.

Comic Xposure corrupt cowards

I wish that zero stars was an option

I wish that zero stars was an option. I ordered comics on 11/8/2020. It is now 2/25/2021, and I still do not have the comics or any response to my many, many attempts to contact them. I have e-mailed them 29 times asking for an update and gotten no response. The only number I could find online to call goes either directly to an automatic voicemail box which is full and cannot accept messages at this time, or alternatively leads to a "disconnected number" message. It is shameful. I initiated a chargeback through my credit card, and despite not responding to me, they responded to my credit card and lied that the package was shipped (without giving any tracking information). They should be put out of business!
