I submitted an inquiry about my delivery over two weeks ago and am still waiting for a response. Despite being told I would receive a reply within 4–5 days, I have heard absolutely nothing. Clearly, that promise was not honoured.

To make matters worse, the shipping time is extremely slow. It has been nearly a month since I placed my order, and I still have not received it.

Based on my experience, customer service is non-existent and communication is poor. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you’re comfortable with being ghosted.

Please save your money and look elsewhere, there are definitely other businesses that will keep in touch with you and are just so much better.

I rarely write reviews, but this is needed.

Comma Football jerseys are stunning and good quality. I’m happy with my purchase and consider quality and price is good value. Delivery process was slow, but related communication was in good level, so thumb up with that. I recommend Comma Football. keep up with the good work!

Tbh I was a little iffy about buying since I’m from the U.S. but dang! The shirts, the fabric, the service is all great! I bought the Messi and renaldo jersey & the old school Messi shirt for my husband and brother in law and I’m so excited to give it to them for Father’s Day! Can’t wait to see their reaction! I will def be buying from comma again! I wish they had youth sizes so I can get my boys to match!!!! The delivery was also good! Each shirt in their individual bag! Which makes it great for gifting and keeping them clean!

Amazing jersey's but either I ordered the wrong size or something else happened and I still haven't heard from customer service about a refund since it won't come in time for my in-person matches.

I ordered 2 jerseys and they are the worst jerseys in the world i promise , THIS IS A REAL MAN COMMENTING NOT A BOT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OVERPRICE POOR DELIVERY , THEY HAVENT SHIP MY JERSEYS FOR A LONG TIME AND THEN THEY SAID ITS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED ITS A DISGUSTING COMPANY GUYZ

Beautiful jersey! Overall a fairly easy experience. The jersey I ordered was a pre-order, and when it wasn’t shipped out on time, I had to reach out to customer service, they were super quick and helpful in getting it shipped out. Will definitely reorder.

The jersey was amazing. I got a Messi Argentina heritage Jersey and it is so good, I can't put it into words. There are couple of things Comma Football did good. The bicep size of the t shirt is really well done and it really exemplifies the biceps and really show em off. One other thing that is really good is the overall fitting of the Jersey. It fits amazing and really shows of your physique. The only not so good thing about the overall experience was the wait time or the time it took for the Jersey to finally arrive at my house. Other than that definitely a 5/5 experience.

We had to wait a little while for our jerseys but it was well worth the wait! It took about 7 weeks and they arrived just after the world cup started but the designs are just unmatched. My husband and i have gotten a lot of compliments on our jerseys so we are so happy to have ordered with Comma Football!

Horrible communication. No response even within their EXTENDED response time. Tracking is ridiculous, provides no estimated delivery time. Its workd cup already. People should have their shirts by now.

The top is really nice I really do like it my only issue is how much i paid for it, i was expecting the top to be a proper football top material it is not what I expected but I still really like my top

Comma Football makes amazing Stuff. I recetnly bought the WC26-Siu Jersey. It came on the day the WC started. It always works great. I already got 3 Shirts and its amazing quality and top notch design.

I bought the Australia jersey and love it.
The colours look great, quality feels good and the sizing is perfect.
Shipping took slightly longer then expected but overall a great experience.

Ordered a jersey on May 21st and it's now June 16th, nearly four weeks later, and it still hasn't shipped. I've reached out about the delay and gotten no responses. For a company selling sports merchandise, this kind of turnaround is unacceptable. If I'd known the wait would be this long, I'd have ordered elsewhere. Won't be using Comma Football again, and I'd think twice before recommending them to anyone else.

The Jersey came super quickly! Great material and absolutely love the style of it. Can't wait to give it as a gift!
