From start to finish, our experience with Commence Fence was nothing short of phenomenal. We were in a bind, needing a fence quickly for our new pool installation, and every other company was quoting 6 weeks out. Then we found Commence Fence, and they truly set the bar for customer service and professionalism.

Upon our initial contact, we received an email and a phone call the same day – an immediate sign of their responsiveness. The very next day, the General Manager, Rashid, made time to come to our home. He took precise measurements, patiently answered all our questions, brought samples, and provided a competitive quote the same day. He even offered to install the fence within a few weeks, and before our pool installation which was a month away - a stark contrast to the 6-week lead times from other companies.

Unfortunately, our backyard renovation hit an unexpected snag: a conflict with the City regarding an existing fence, which dragged on for over three weeks. This was a stressful time, but Rashid was incredibly understanding and remained consistently responsive. He continued to assure me that he would take care of us, even saying, "Don't worry, I got you," before we had even signed a contract or sent a deposit. This level of commitment and reassurance was truly remarkable.

Once our City conflict was finally resolved, it looked like our pool installation would be delayed due to the lack of a fence. I spoke with Rashid, and his response was simple yet powerful: "When do you need it by?" When I explained we needed it in a week, he didn't hesitate. He arranged for his team to work on a Saturday, to get the job done for our family! The crew that arrived on Saturday morning was incredibly professional, friendly, and worked tirelessly until 7:30 PM to ensure our fence was completed!

The results are fantastic – a high-quality fence that looks amazing. But beyond the product, the entire experience was above and beyond anything I ever expected from a fencing company.

Not only did they do a fantastic job installing the fence, but they even went above and beyond by trimming the bushes to ensure everything fit perfectly. The work was done quickly, without cutting corners, and the quality truly speaks for itself. I’m so impressed and grateful I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier fencing work!

Rudolph and KC were amazing! There quality of work and attention to detail are above and beyond! They cleaned up really well, no mess left behind at all. I would use these guys again and again and will recommend them to anyone looking for a fence.

I hired Commerce Fence to repair a chain link fence that had 20 feet of fence destroyed by a stolen car that jumped the curb!

From the start of requesting an estimate to the end of installation, Commence Fence’s team have been very professional and punctual. I am extremely pleased with the always follow up from Mohammed. The cleanliness and attention to detail from Chris and team is admirable. They listened and understood our needs to make sure that the gaps are minimal for our dog’s safety and fully accommodated with assurance. The PVC Fence is well installed and very sturdy.
