First response was quick. Survey was confusing. Before I could ask questions, my case was closed because I did not respond. I'll try again.

I received a quick response when i notified customer service. After some communication I did receive a response to my inquiry that laid out steps on how to correct the problem with the product.

Very helpful and quick to respond

A scam company. Defective items are sent and then AI automated email Help responses go around in circles. Paypal always refunds these purchases. Problem is this company uses many different domain names to sell their defective wares.

Agent responded quickly to initial enquiry, although matter is yet to be resolved.

I did not intend on ordering 4 tubes of your product and would like to return 2 of them.

I found it difficult to stop this order and it took to long to even get it to me. Im no longer interested in this product.

I was extremely disappointed in this ac/heater. I found it misleading. The ac is nothing more than a fan.

The customer service got in touch quickly. But because I didn't reply straight away. They seem to think the issue is sorted. Which it isn't.

I think the is a rogue company. They added items to my account totalling over £100. I was unable to contact Telephone numbers given to me as they didn’t connect.
To date I have not received the goods (a power nozzle for connecting to a hosepipe). Without my knowledge they added insurance of £9.95,shipping £5.95.

The product did not match my expectations, either in size or quality, compared to the TV advertisement, therefore I cannot give it to my grandson.

Rose was very accommodating and nice. She told me she was sending me an email with the download for the label so I can return my merchandise. She did not do that. She sent me an email with this survey. Instead. I am waiting for the labels.

I have had no problems with this firm or the product. My order arrived right on time. Very welled packed. I am asking for a refund as I had ordered one laser for myself and two laser for a friend to give to his two daughters. Since placing his request he passed away and l do not know how to contact any of his relations so I am now requesting to return the two said items and have a refund. The staff have been very helpful

Customer service so far seems to be okay . Product description and size of my purchase could of been a little clearer . It was a lot smaller then I expected and came broken in the pkg so that wasnt a positive .

I purchased this Detector online. I used it in my car and apart from a few languages it has a loud and quiet setting. In Highway mode it's constantly saying Attention KA band (or something like that). It never stops wherever I am. If I put it in City mode it doesn't alert me to anything. Whereas my old Detector does alert. It says made in China with a lot of Chinese writing in the instructions. Its very light in weight and feels cheap to me. Think I paid around £69 for it and it took about six weeks to be delivered. So basically it was a total waste of money. Is this the useless Chinese imports I have read about ??. Your reviews are really helpful and positive. Have I bought a dud product as it just doesn't work. Can you please help ??.
