this is the most horrible site you will buy any product from first they used to sell all general products then they were making money with hair color so they completely changed their business to hair color
(i mean which legit company does that)
they are only focused on money making they dont give quality products their hair color is worth $0 this is the worst company and website ever just focused on money making instead of customer satisfaction

Eh its okay
I have ordered and you get your products fast. I never got scammed, my problem is when I ordered the wax it combed right out and never got softer as claimed. I do not know what I will do with them. I have tried everything but it seems to fail.
