Common Table is a hospitality advisory platform built for independent operators. It brings the kind of operational judgement usually reserved for large groups within reach of restaurants, hotels, pubs, and venues that run without the cushion of a head office. The platform organises its work around eight disciplines: Finance and Cost Control, People and HR, Operations and Compliance, Food and Beverage, Guest and Customer Experience, Property and Premises, Legal and Licensing, and Sales and Revenue. Members draw on guides, templates, checklists, calculators, and briefings, supported by a response service that answers real operational questions within twenty-four hours. What sets Common Table apart is the register. It offers operational interpretation of regulation, culture, and commercial risk, rather than a library of generic information. Every guide reflects how decisions actually land on a floor, in a kitchen, or across a profit and loss account. Membership runs at two tiers, Private and Professional, giving operators a structured way to access standards, frameworks, and direct expert input as they need them. The result is a single, trusted reference point for the daily judgement calls that independent hospitality businesses face but rarely have the resource to navigate alone.

Working with Common Table has been a…

Working with Common Table has been a genuinely good experience. Through their network we have completed two small fit-out projects for independent venues. Great understanding of both sides of the relationship, look forward to working with them again in the future.

I have known the founder for years

I have known the founder for years — about a decade ago he helped me get my own business off the ground from nothing. It is great to see him bring all of that experience into Common Table now. I have started using the platform, and the content is genuinely useful, practical advice that operators can actually act on. I wish him every success with this new venture
