Unreliable and unaccountable - Do not put your money here!
They claim to have "innovative technology and exceptional service", but the truth is that they're worse than most financial service companies. They're consistently slow when it comes to actually posting deposits, they take MONTHS to transfer funds out, and they take no responsibility when they make mistakes. They're "just the administrator", which somehow is supposed to mean that they can't be held accountable for their own mistakes. The company should not be allowed to exist in its current form, as it completely lacks the kind of oversight and regulation that one should reasonably expect for a company handling investments.
Stay away! There are much better alternatives out there that will leave your employees much happier, not desperately looking to transfer out as soon as possible.
