Commun.it is the social media manager I never knew I wanted, with rare services mixed in with the usual package you would normally expect like scheduling, posting, reposting, etc. It recommends who to follow and rates their contributions to your online community, notifies you of positive and negative posts related to your brand so you can react accordingly and even generates reports on your social media journey for varying durations of time, proffering ideas on how to grow your following.
What's best is that most of these you can achieve with a free account, save a few restrictions on use like shorter report durations, branded automation and fewer profiles.
I found Commun.it by accident, searching for comparisons between two social media scheduling apps and instantly fell in love. The free plan allows you to take it for a test drive and to be honest, many people won't need to ever upgrade. However, once their community demands increase, which they surely will, there won't be any need to shop for a better alternative.

Commun.it is probably one of the best tools I've found to manage a Twitter account. The dashboard is data-packed and all-inclusive, giving you a nice "single pane of glass" for managing your social presence. In an age of flat, sparse UIs optimized for the lowest common denominator user, having something awesome for power users is a rare fit. I'm hardly a large enterprise, barely a small business (really just a casual streamer with a social presence), and I'd recommend it to everyone.
