Good customer service

I was not able to catch my delivery on Time at the relay. Compactor offered me to send again without fée so so am fully satisfied and got my paquet yesterday

Great support

I bought a Suitcase from them. After a year of use, the extended handle was not working anymore.

With a short discussion on the chat, the support team agreed to replace it. Really good support service.

Besides, the quality seems to be here. But having this level of support helps a lot.

Product quality was too low

Products were already broken when I opened the boxes and turned out to be of very poor quality. In the end, I did get a full refund, but customer support has very slow response times (multiple weeks).

I feel like I've been scammed

I feel like I've been scammed, I put an item in my basket at £13.49 (which had been reduced since I last looked from £14.99 so i was very pleased!) I went through to checkout and confirmed the purchase at £13.49.
Later when I opened the confirmation e-mail I couldn't believe it, I had been charged £23 for the item! When i went back on to the website the price had indeed changed to £23 but that was NOT the price I had on my screen all the way through ordering. As far as i'm concerned I have had money stolen from me. I would NEVER order anything again from this website, who knows how much they would take out of my account without my permission.

Perfect customer service!!

Unfortunately I received a damaged item.( those things happens ) After contacting the customer service they reacted really quick and within a few days I recieved a new Item.
